I do wish your clinic were closer for emergency care but I am happy to have your staff caring for Bunndy in any capacity. You’ve been so reassuring with the RHDV2 vaccine clinics when I couldn’t get them at our regular clinic. Alison at reception is fantastic at her job and communicates so well with clients. The techs are always thorough and the interns are always polite. Dr. Kopp is good at explaining issues and is thorough in his exams. I will always recommend your clinic. I know that vet med is a hard job and is so often thankless so THANK YOU PLVH! You rock!”
“Southside Animal Hospital vets and staff are knowledgeable and efficient. They thoroughly communicate and do their best to assist with any issue. When I loss my Rosie, they made that transition as easy as possible and were a comfort. This team is personable, relational, and highly competent in their care for pets.My dog Ty remains healthy and comfortable as he grows older thanks to their expertise and care.I can say nothing but great things, especially to Dr. Anderson, Dr. Steele, and front desk staff & Vet techs.”
“During our very first vet visit with our first puppy, the team was wonderfully helpful and put us immediately ease. They made Birdie feel so comfortable, thoroughly checked our girl, and even offered us advice for crate training. It's hard to know if places will live up to the hype based on reviews, but this one absolutely did!”

“I have been taking my cat to Belmont since he was a kitten (he’s now 2) and Belmont has always been wonderful. There has been a couple of times he has been sick and needed to be seen by the vet quickly, and they were able to get him in same day each time. The vet techs are super friendly, interested in getting to know your pet, and thorough with their exams. The doctors are transparent and explain everything really well, and recommend reasonable treatment plans that avoid unnecessary testing and diagnostics (unless they really believe your pet needs it, of course). I would recommend to anyone!”

“They are the absolute best! My dogs have been treated by their ER vets, cardiologists, and orthopedists. My beloved heart dog received the absolute best care. After she passed away, her cardiologist even sent my daughter a children’s book about losing a beloved pet. My best buddy was seen in the ER a few days ago and they were wonderful. They fit us in immediately and gave him the best care. He has also had an ACL repair, chemo, a malignant mass removed and emergency tail amputation. We have never received anything but the very best care. I recommend them to all my friends and family!”
“The doctors and their service are second to none! They provide the best eye care for our dog! However, the lady that sits behind the front counter has the personality of a shoe. They need someone who engages with the customers and their pets to make it feel more inviting. If I were a new customer, I'd be suspicious upon first impression.”

“I just wanted to say thank you again!! Y’all were so helpful, and made everything so easy. My sweet kitty had a pretty severe open wound that became infected. She had been hiding after it happened, and I was unable to get her into carrier for day & half even though she needed to go in immediately… but they were so kind & non-judgmental when I brought her in. I was definitely stressed, kept crying, and they never made me feel silly. They were so sweet to my girl! Even just after two days, everything is starting to heal, and am just very thankful for their help!”

“So we're not big into doctors or vets. We just stay healthy and don't fuss with meds. However my cat has been a little TOO protective of our land and our neighbors cats has been wrestled, chased, attacked and treed too, too many times. So we took him in today to get re-shot (there's better words but you get it) To be honest this is not our first visit to Clovercroft. Our Great Dane boy needed something back in October of 2020. I honestly can't remember what was wrong but I HATED the COVID practice of not allowing pet owners inside. So I probably would've given a 3 star since I had zero contact with doctor and I couldn't be in the room while my boy was getting poked and prodded. It felt horrible for both of us. But now they've opened their office and I have a considerable amount of peace with the matter. Another of our animals (a cat) went in a couple months ago for an infected abscess and our experience was very very good. Things to note: Staff is pleasant and professional Doctors are kind and informative The space is super clean and well decorated. It does matter for some of us! The bathroom facilities are clean as well I just give them a big fat thumb up. (I'm a one thumb kinda gal) hope you enjoy your experience. Tell them Blu sent you. Just kidding they won't remember me! “I have nothing but wonderful things to say about McCormick Animal Clinic. Both Doctor McCormick and Dr. Hillary were so attentive and caring. Our senior dog Lazar got very sick with a respiratory infection. I couldn’t afford hospitalization, so Dr. McCormick said I could transport him daily and they cared for and medicated him - this was a last ditch effort. After 5 days of this impromptu acute care and hand feeding, Lazar turned the corner. A bit of a miracle and it’s given me an xtra few quality years with my best friend. I will always be so grateful!You can trust these folks - they’re exceptional.”

“The staff was helpful and friendly. The facility’s new. I had to take my dog in for his rabies shot. The vet did a brief check-up and administered the shot. We were in and out within. 30 minutes.”
“I will say the owner is very knowledgeable and does it because he cares. However, I've left 4 or 5 voicemails with absolutely no response. They are only open a half a day Monday -Thursday. In his defense I am not sure why I've not received a call back because when I originally made the appointment they answered the phone every time I called.”

“Always such a nice environment when I take my pup to see Brentwood Vet. The veterinarian truly cared about how my pup was doing and was super proud when she made improvements based on the vet’s recommendation. The front desk employees care just as much. I got a refill for some prescription wipes a few months apart and both times the employee recommended the best way to store it so my wipes don’t dry out. This let me know that she is probably recommending that every time someone got that medicine. That was really touching.”
“I've taken my dogs here for years. Dr. Lee and his staff went the above and beyond recently when my elder 15 year Chihuahua took a down turn with kidney failure. They worked her in 5 days in a row for treatment and I know Dr. Lee and his staff saved her. I appreciate him and him team not giving up on her. In years past he has done many dental cleaning on my dog also. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and I trust him.”
