When we got back there was ZERO PRESSURE at all. It was a very simple negotiation on the final price. Simple financing process - car was cleaned and we were in our way. Hi was able to print a window sticker for not only the car we bought, but when I mentioned I didn't have one for my other car, he found and printed that one too. “Just so everyone is aware, this is NOT the service center for Volvo. Their service center is off of Carothers Parkway in Franklin. This is the new vehicle dealership however. There is a nice lady in there who informed me of this and she keeps a little notecard because of how commonly people still think Volvo's service center is here. "3848 Carothers Pkwy, Franklin TN 37067" is where you can find the service center. However, if you want a brand new Volvo, then this place is the go to!”

“From the moment I called to make an appointment to the minute I picked it up, I couldn't ask for better service. They keep you updated almost daily with text updates on the stage of repair (shout out to Chad!). You aren't left wondering what's going on and you never need to call them to check to see. The car looks good as new and was ready for pickup several days early. I hope to not have to use them again any time soon but will definitely know where to go if I do need bodywork in the future.
