“I teetered on leaving a 3 star, but because they made good on an oversight, a 4 is earned. I selected Carpet Den Interiors because I thought the experience would be more personal, more consultant based, not like a big box store. Big box stores tend to have worker bees and not a "project manager" for lack of.a better word. This was not the case. The quality of the carpet is awesome, could not be happier. Really pretty. The instal staff was super friendly. It was our sales rep that left us frustrated. We expected a more involved, communicative, proactive approach. Basically, we thought we were getting more personal service and it wasn't the case. If you select them, be upfront about your expectations of communication and such.”
