Don't purchase additional insurance! Would have been 5 stars. We love our new sofa/recliners. Quality is great. However, we into purchasing insurance that would cover any issues with the sofa even if it was our fault (stained due to us spilling something, cut due to sharp object in our pocket ect). We were assured if we didn't use the insurance that we would get our MONEY back once the insured period was over. I even asked to make sure we got our money back and was told yes. We'll, guess what we got. A store credit that we don't need!!!! Called the store and they will not stand by their promise. You have to use the store credit within a few months or it expires. We will not be using them for any future purchases now. I do not like being lied to!!!?

Always find it helpful to throw out the low and the high reviews, but consider this high review as genuine. If you're new to Crossville and looking to support local business as we do, look no further for your furniture needs. We have been racked with damaged deliveries; even waiting months for delivery from a highly rated local store downtown with no support and having to cancel. Sandy, the rest of the sales staff and management have been a real pleasure. If it's not in stock you can order on a Saturday and take delivery by the end of the following week. No extra "white glove" delivery fees to unbox, inspect, and deliver where you would like it inside. Quality, service, and reliability. Went in Saturday to purchase a couch was told it would be here Thursday (today) so I call today only to be told it won’t be till next Thursday because it was never ordered! No apologies, I asked for a manager to figure out why it wasn’t ordered, he wouldn’t give me one. He said HE talked to the manager and that I can come get the floor model or wait till next Thursday. Completely unacceptable! They have already been paid so I guess they don’t really care that they screwed up and inconvenienced the customer!UPDATE: after VERY poor customer service today by Brandon, who even called this evening to ask if I was canceling my order or not, still no apology of any kind. I decided to wait to speak to Sandy tomorrow and I let him know that. Let me just say Sandy is awesome! She texted me (on her day off) once she was made aware of the situation which was only after I told them I was waiting to speak to her. The apology really made all the difference in the world! Brandon could defiantly learn some better customer service skills. Next time I am in the market for more furniture, I will make sure I see Sandy!

I have made several purchases from Badcock Furniture and I have always had an enjoyable experience. They are always friendly and helpful and answer any questions about whatever concerns you have. Delivery people are exceptional and very friendly and polite. I would recommend this company for any home or garden equipment purchases.

Purchased a full bedroom suit and dining room table set in November 2020 during Black Friday. Received bedroom suit in December 2020. Dining set in March due to backorder. Have called store, emailed corporate, texted my sales rep, and had made known to the delivery guy of the table in March of a defective Chest in our bedroom suit that the top had split across less than 1 month after recieving it in December. Manufacturer defect that should be covered for 1 year from purchase in which the materials that were used had too much moisture when built, after sitting in a controlled climate in my home, the wood split, hasn't been moved since it was delivered in December. I have not gotten a response from the store, the corporate office, the sales rep or anyone else after the delivery guy said he would report back to his boss. Disappointing that after spending a few thousand dollars that a simple customer complaint about the quality of the purchase cannot be addressed. I did not purchase their so called insurance on items, because I am not rough on furniture and if it broke by my own doing I would just fix it myself or pay to replace. However when the materials are defective, you should respond to your customer.Actually fixing the situation earns badcock a revised review. Although as of now they don't deserve it.
