I have never been so incredibly let down my medical professionals. I had my tonsils removed and they did not inform me that they were unable to get my pain med. I did not found out until day of surgery when calling to schedule pick up. Now I have to wait a day unmedicated in pain. Horribly disappointed !!!!

My wife and I have used the Vital Care Compound Pharmancy for 3 years and are extremely happy with the service and personal help we have gotten. Not only are they good at filling prescriptions but when you need education or guidance they are readily available. Landon, the owner, and Megan, the compounding guru, are pleasant and helpful. You will feel fortunate you found them.

Great service polite staff they will go above and beyond to help if you need help with your medication. Their the only pharmacy who carries a particular medicine I take an they order it for me every month. No other pharmacy in Crossville has done that for me.

Had them make up a compound for my cat that has seizures and they only put 10% of the meds into her bottle and filled the rest with water, and flavoring compound. Almost caused my cat to die from not the right dosage. Told my vet that I refuse to do business with this pharmacy ever again if I could give a zero I would. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used will NEVER go back
