The tellers are all very nice and efficient! The building is in good shape and the drive-thru is easy to use. There is also a convenient ATM at the end of the drive-thru and as you go into the lobby.

If your applying for a home loan STAY AWAY! As a 1st time buyer I feel totally taken advantage of. They pulled our credit and provided NO valuable information. There calculations where clearly off but we couldn't even figure out where and why because they refused to give us the numbers after asking 2 separate times. It was a complete waste of a hard hit to our credit to apply.

I was 2 minutes late on Friday at 5:02 they wouldn't cash my check. Told me come back Saturday so drove hour again Saturday and they wouldn't cash my check cause I'm not member. I hate this bank and will recommend Noone uses it! Book ruined my whole weekend plans

FirstBank was wonderful to work with. Jeremy Shoemaker in Crossville, TN was there every step of the way and provided timely impeccable service. Buying a home can be stressful and he had all bases covered for the loan. Jennifer was also nice to work with. Awesome team of talented, and kind people. I highly recommend!

This review is specifically for the Mortgage Banker at this location, Jeremy Shoemaker. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy for the first time when I was looking to get a new mortgage, and I can honestly say that he is outstanding and top-notch in this field. His knowledge about mortgages, experience, and attention to detail becomes evident very quickly after you meet him. Jeremy gets things done fast, smoothly, accurately, and courteously. He is very patient with his customers, provides detailed answers to your questions, and has very easy to understand communication skills. If you are looking for a mortgage, there is nobody I would recommend any higher than Jeremy Shoemaker.

I've had this bank for almost two years now and they have been amazing! Any issues came up, they took care of them right away. They are very fast and friendly.

First Bank recently upgraded their on-line and mobile app. However they failed to advise customers that no payment history would be converted from their previous system. While they converted payee names, you cannot view what bills were previously paid. I find this totally short-sighted and unacceptable to what had previously been a very favorable level of service.

I wanted to take a second and recognize somebody who has consistently gone above and beyond the level of customer service that you normally find in today’s society. I am talking about Miss Anita Jones. From day one, she has always gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations of anything that I ever needed when it comes to banking. Although I know she has a very full plate, anytime I need something, she always makes me feel like I am the only person that she has to help in that moment of time. Consistent follow up, very informational, truthful. She delivers all of that and more all while smiling through her voice and in person. I just want to say that one of your employees restored my faith in customer service today! My debit card had been fraudulently used, and of course I was really stressed over it. I was directed to speak with Jordan to fill out a fraud form, but she told me I had to wait another day to make sure we had all the charges that were made. It is really hard for me to get out of work on Fridays, but I went to the bank and she wasn't there. I had a call to go back to work, so I couldnt wait to see anyone else. Now I am really worried about all of this, and when I can get back to the bank! Long story short, she reached out to my contact person, found out where I worked, and took it upon herself to come up and bring me the paperwork to sign, she had it all ready and it took about 2 minutes, what a relief! Thank you again Jordan, I may not have large accounts, and I didn't lose a ton of money, but still you went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it!
