We waited on the check out line. I was showing my Food City card to start check out and the cashier was told to go and checkout a call in order(?) And just walked away from us. We were told to go to self checkout and wait on that line. I believe she should have finished with us,close the line and then go to where ever she had to. This was poor customer service. The manager thought it was no big deal and directing us toself checkout was a great solution to the problem

The single best thing about the Food City chain of stores is their pharmacy. Professional, courteous service every single time. Switching to this pharmacy, away from the huge chains like CVS and Walgreens has made my life exponentially better.

Always prompt to answer the phone, fill my prescriptions, and answer any questions. I came here from a big city and wow! What a difference! So polite and so fast!

The pharmacist is a really great person his name is mr. Miller. It's better if you drop your prescriptions off and come back and pick him up later. But if you have ran out of your medication and you are regular customer there they will fill it with in 15 minutes or less so you can have your medication to go home and take. They are very very friendly there there is a lot of different items in the pharmacy area, but what they don't have is walking canes and handicap items like that. But I do highly recommend mr. Miller excuse me his name is mr. Miller the pharmacist and his crew. Hats off to all that work in the pharmacy at Food City pharmacy on Peavine Road in Crossville Tennessee.

New management seems scared they are going to make a mistake. They are too young to run a large business like that. No experience. Don't kmow how to treat customers. What happened to your older managers who were so very helpful? You are going to lose more and more business.
