“I love Publix Markets, which I've only visited on trips to Tennessee. They have the best deli, and their bakery goods are great. Their stores are neat and clean, and employees are super friendly and helpful. McKay's is on the smaller side I heard, and thus, their meat department was disappointing. I had to drive farther to Krogers for a decent tri-tip. Even with that, they are my first choice when shopping for provisions in TN, and their prices are very good, too.”
“I personally wish I had a Sprouts in St. Louis, and I try to stop by every time I’m visiting family in Brentwood. They have an incredible produce section and some of the best prices on bulk nuts & grains. Their meat selection is also top notch. Prices are super competitive and in my opinion cheaper than the other specialty grocers.
If you have dietary restriction, they have you covered, and I was able to find a ton of products to meet my needs.”

2020 Fieldstone Pkwy, Franklin“Amazing atmosphere with staff who are knowledgeable and genuinely care for the customer and helping them find what they need rather than most where the employees seem to play hide and go seek with you. Will the butcher in particular when above and beyond. He helped me find some nice steaks for my grandparents 65th anniversary and is a genuine kind hearted guy. Thanks Will!”

1021 Riverside Dr, Franklin“This has been our pharmacy for many years now. For the most part, all of the employees are super friendly, helpful, and personable. Every now and then, you come across an employee working the pharmacy drive thru window that doesn't smile, is kind of rude, and acts like they don't like their job. Overall, we've had great experiences and appreciate their hard work!”
“This is a smaller Aldis than im used to in FL but as always they just have the necessary items. Prices r good. Cashiers r fast. Parking is easy. I wish they also have this chain in Colorado. Then we would never step foot in Safeways or King Supers or Target grocery stores.”

5021 Hughes Crossing, Franklin“Very clean and the staff is very helpful. The food bar on Friday is fish.It is delicious the other 6 days a week. The food bar is Asian.I do not prefer that.
A wonderful selection of cakes and cookies and muffins.”
“Great hot bar, salad bar, and amazing pizza. This is a good lunch spot! A lot of these reviews seem whiney. Idk why everyone expects employees to be happy and smile all day. That’s not their job. Do they stock the shelves? Do they check your groceries out? That’s their job. Tired of seeing good places with bad reviews because you think you’re that special. Whole Foods is a grocery store. It’s a good one. If you need someone to smile at you everywhere you go, you need to check yourself :)”
6AM - 12AM
501 Liberty Pike, Franklin“Everyone is extremely kind and helpful at this location! Always greeting you with a smile and kind words, as well as sending you on your way with a blessed day! Truly one of a kind team members who want to go above and beyond to make your stop at their store, what makes you have a great day! Love my daily stop here for some chocolate milk!”
“Best produce around! Family owned, great customer service. They'll even help you pick out your produce if you're unsure. They consistently have the best peaches I've ever tasted. And if you're a watermelon fan, you'll die die of happiness when you taste the Amish Sugar Babies.”
“This is a super nice Walmart! Clean and well stocked. The produce department needs an award for presentation as it is one of the prettiest displays I've ever seen in a Walmart. I wasn't there for produce but it was so eye-catching that I had to back up and take pictures. Great job produce team in Franklin!!!”
“Typical souther joint with delicious breakfast and lunch selections. Highly recommended. The place may be crowded so arive a bit early. The food was out of this world. Family owned business.”

“Outstanding order ahead/catering service! Used them for a party and everyone loved the food! The prosciutto skewers, dips and cheese platter were a hit! Cuban Mojo Sliders were all gone and regular sandwich slider assortment was great! They have deviled eggs and they were okay. Little Bundt cakes were delicious and the mini fruit tarts all disappeared. Food was delicious and you can't beat the price. Plus Publix Staff is helpful and really got our order out quick to us!”
“the best publix!!!! every single worker has always been so sweet to me. everything is always stocked and fresh. their deli is superior! always feel comfortable and safe here. thank you!”
“I went to the store at approximately 11:15 on Saturday February 10th to buy a phone charger. I asked the cashier where they were. The young man came out from behind the register to help me find the correct ones that would work on my phone. He even showed me another one that was slightly more expensive but was a fast charging one. He was so polite and and had such a great attitude. I hope the store manager appreciates him. I sure do!”

222 New Hwy 96 W, Franklin“3.5 - 4 Not sure how I missed this store - so close to home...but I'll not miss it again. One the plus side (3.5) prices for gas (Shell) are consistent with fuel prices across Franklin. In other words....generally higher than at neighboring stations in some surrounding areas and not even close to big discount chains like Costco, Walmart, etc. However, if you are a member of the Shell Rewards program, you can get a substantial discount. Usually from 5 - 10 cents per gallon -- and with certain specials as much as 30 cents per gallon. Access off Rt 96 is easy in-out, depending on traffic (which can be bustling at times). Inside the store. BIG Plus (4)...clean, well-stocked, large selection of snacks and some pre-made (some) hot items like breakfast biscuit or muffin, donuts, roller bar selections, hot subs (I haven't tried those yet.) In addition, plenty of cold drinks and ... the reason I stopped today....hot coffee is available. I'm partial to Colombian brews and the Nariño is rich and flavorful. They also have a "Sugar Cane Process Decaf". Not, no aded sweetener, but a "natural decaf" process that uses EA (Ethyl Acetate) made from sugar cane. Clean interior and very congenial staff. I'll post photos next time I stop.”

411 Whitman Rd, Franklin“I was visiting a relative that lives in Westhaven and needed some brewkies. This Kroger was beautiful. It puts the ones near my residence in Ohio to shame. But given the fact that it's a a high dollar neighborhood they couldn't go cheap on this store.”
“Wow. I was impressed! Kroger has generally ranked about 2nd on my list of favorite grocery stores to shop. But that is about to change. In some ways upon entering, this particular store reminded me a bit of the display entrance at Whole Foods. But it's not that. Nevertheless, the produce displays appear fresh and brightly lighted. Aisles of caned and other packaged goods are filled. Beer and wine are plentiful. The store's deli is good, the cheese array is excellent, the meat and seafood counter are both well-stocked. Since there are other grocery stores closer to my home, I'll likely not shop this on e very often, but if you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping and shopping.”
“Love this Trader Joe's, and stop often after work. They always seem to have some new items that I want to try. Also, I love their policy that if you try something and don't like it, you can take it back for a full refund. My only issue is that when it's busy, its almost impossible to comfortably shop. It can get overwhelming with the amount of customers shopping and employees trying to stock shelves at the same time. I feel like this is an issue at most Trader Joe's though, since the stores are usually are on the smaller side, size wise. But I do still love shopping here.”
