“Very nice grocery store with an upscale Whole Foods type look, but a community grocery store feeling. The people who work here are personable and treat you like family. Lots of healthy choices for food. As well as a salad bar, juice bar, freshly made soups, supplements, herbs, soaps, wines, and all kinds of other healthy products for you to purchase. “I called before visiting GNC Donelson and I spoke with “Moe”. She was very pleasant and helpful over the phone and she assured me GNC Donelson had the particular product in stock. I arrived maybe 1 hour later and Moe not only remembered me calling her but she also did more research about the product I was looking for and offered me 2 options and explained to me the difference between the two products. Moe signed me up the GNC rewards program and explained to me all of the benefits I would gain. I’m writing this review because you don’t come across great customer service these days. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. What more can a customer ask for. Thank you Moe! GNC you have a great employee on your hands!! I hope the right people see this review. She made me day! Moe is her nickname I believe her government name is madelyn Something like that I can’t remember but I do remember Moe :)”
“I stopped in looking for kelp powder. The gentleman tried his hardest to find it for me but they did not have it. We chatted for a couple minutes and I was on my way. I just wanted to brag on how wonderful this gentleman was. We had a great conversation and it made my night so much better. He is definitely a great employee and knows his stuff. I will definitely be back because of his excellent customer service.”

“Has the most knowledgeable manager and staff of any GNC i have ever been too. I like that their prices have dropped and this location sells many items for less than other GNC's because they are a local franchise. Helped me get in shape for my wedding and never looked as good as i did that day. Customer 4 life!”

He showed me exactly what I was looking for and also educated me on my purchase. This is my go-to store from now on!”
“This place is pretty good when they're open, today I showed up at 7:30 am lobby was closed with a sign that read cards only in lobby, but doors were locked. Went through drive thru lady said we are temporarily closed. If you're not going to open at 7:00 am change your hours, this is not the first time this has happened. This is getting old. Not my first complaint either.”
