The store always appears clean and staff are available and make it KNOWN they are willing to help with questions.Tonight I was especially impressed with Millie D. and the bag boy. They were both so friendly and eager to offer help. I usually do self-checkout for convenience and because I feel like a bother at other places when staff have to ring up my items, but not here! “I've used a number of pharmacies in my lifetime. When I first started working at Nashville General Hospital at Meharry, I reluctantly used this pharmacy out of convenience, because I was a Walgreens fan. I quickly learned that Jeff and his whole team are super caring people who will go out of their way to give you the best care possible. At first I was PRN with no insurance. Community Pharmacy took the time to find me a super discount, (Walgreens did not) that saved me $100 on 1 prescription! Unfortunately, because of my poor health, I no longer work at the hospital. I live in Joelton, but there is no distance to far to drive to a great pharmacy that cares. They are not just pharmacist and techs, they are now my friends. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, they care about me and my health. That's something you'll never find at a bigger pharmacy, and it truly makes all the difference.”

“My first time trying to use the pharmacy I went up to the counter to ask about my prescription. The pharmacist seemed annoyed at me that my prescription wasn't ready. I politely asked how I would know when it was ready and she said "they'll text you." I left but then got to thinking about it and how would they have my number? I called again the pharmacist that answer was really nice and helpful.”
“Is a big box store for buying in bulk. Prices are reasonable, aisles are big and clear so you can get around, floors are clean, they do have some staff checking people out but it’s usually faster just to do self check out. There’s not a lot positive or negative to say about the store.”

“Over the phone prescription refills are down quickly and I love that they have a drive thru. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Prices for our prescriptions are lower than the big pharmacies too and it’s great to support a small local pharmacy than the big chain pharmacies.”
“I also has a great experience here. The staff is super nice and keep the area clean. Sometimes during peek hours it will be backed up but most days it is not. The gas is way cheaper than other gas stations or even Kroger gas with your points. I keep coming back because the quality of the gas is also pretty darn good.”

“So I shop here regularly and I really enjoy this Kroger. I would say some items are hard to find but a friendly staff is there to help you. They offer fresh fruits and vegetables. They have a fresh sushi, deli, bakery, fish and meat section with prepackaged options as well. I have not tried their pharmacy but they do have one for prescription and over the counter medication. Definitely could benefit from having more staff but overall is a good grocery store.Come check it out and tell us what you think of it...”
“I normally accumulate enough points to get about 70 cent of their over priced gas and that's the only time i but has at this location (Monroe St)....and I've found has to be extremely cheaper at the Gallatin Rd location, which makes no sense because it's not a franchise store, unless that status has changed.Other than the gas being over priced, the workers are usually friendly and helpful.”

I went to “the little clinic†at Kroger a week ago & had a very bad experience. I am a registered nurse & I know quality when I see it! I highly recommend this place!!!!!!”
“Bradley Drug is simply the best. They really care about their customers. I’ve had bad experiences at Walgreens and CVS. Bradley it’s always hassle free. I live in Franklin and I am fine to drive to Bradley in Nashville because of their consistently good service and experience. To me Bradley Drug is the last of that small business pharmacy’s that show they care. They are tired and overworked. They still are always kind and caring. Thank you Bradley Drug.”

“The staff is usually friendly and accommodating but this store has an apparent issue maintaining produce and restocking. Check your produce, meats, and dated items well before you leave. Avocados are a real gamble here.”

“Several years ago my sister was there in Icu. I don't know who the nurse was but she knew we not local and traveling. Weather prediction was for lots of snow. She pulled it up on her computer the day we were there to visit. She warned of bad weather we were going to face when going home. I will always love this nurse for looking out for us.”
“I had the bakery make a Elsa princess dress cake for my grand daughters birthday. This cake was not only delicious but was gorgeous. I also want to add this was a crazy busy day when snow was in the forecast and one of the bakery chefs was the absolute sweetest. She acted as excited about making it as was about it. “We needed some things for our stir fry dinner wand this was close by. It's a big, beautiful, well lit, well managed store. We bought shrimp, scallops, baby corn, jalapeños, fresh snap peas, butternut squash, broccoli, bell peppers, sweet onions, ginger root and on and on. Prices were good, produce and seafood was fresh with a large selection. Yup, I'd certainly shop here for grocery's!”
