“My wife and I drove from Alabama to purchase a vehicle from King Sport Car. Jemel was very upfront, honest and open about everything that was pertaining to the vehicle. The online description of the vehicle coincided with what we saw when we got there. I've always had a mistrust for car salesmen. Lets be honest, they're not always forthcoming about the details pertaining to the vehicles. He is definitely a rarity!! I will most definitely do business with him again. Thanks again!!!”

“Was still having a problem with a tire that was repaired by a competitor(due to emergency). Thought it was a poor job done, but it turned out it was the tpm it could've been a coincidence, but I wasn't pleased with the other place they said car was done but really wasn't dirt/black smudges on my sunvisirs, and the repaired tire didn't even have 30psi in it. These guys took care of the problem and didn't even charge me. I will be going there from now on. Dom wrote the service request up, and thanks to the fella ( sorry didn't get his name) that repaired it correctly”
“I've been going to this Pep Boys for years. Not sure that I've ever really had a bad experience. At times communication has been poor, but I didn't have that issue this time around.I went Saturday morning at 8 am for new brakes. I was greated by Loren (I hope that's his name). He was very friendly and helpful. Let me know of a special they were running on oil changed. Perfect because I was due and the sales price was much less than I would have paid at my usual place.When you go to Pep boys, you need to be prepared that you ARE likely to have a fairly long wait. People drop their cars off over night so just because it doesn't look busy doesn't mean you are the only customer. I talked with him about how long the process would take as I had an appointment. Luckily I had planned on long wait and found a ride.I was a little annoyed that my appointment was at 8 and service didn't arrive until almost 9. Things happens, people run late. I was prepared.By the time my appointment was finished so was my vehicle. He applied all available coupons to the services I received knocking off over $100 off of the total.Also the new waiting area is much more comfortable than is was sitting in the middle of a store.”
“I called the day before and talked to a fellow how said they would have my tires in-stock by the next morning. We made a 9am appointment. I left my vehicle and returned when they said it would be ready and It was. Friendly staff and very helpful.”
“I came into this location 15 minutes before they were closing, with a nail in my tire that was practically flat. They were very welcoming & helpful even though they were close to closing. It turned out all 4 of my tires were bald & needed replaced and they stayed past their closing time to help me and make sure I was leaving with safe tires on my car. I couldn’t be more thankful this was the tire place I ended up at today! Kristen was extremely kind and helpful & the boys working were very kind to stay and get the job done. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!”
