“I had the pleasure of living at Deerfield for around 2 years. The apartment complex is beautiful, the neighbors are super friendly and the leasing office is top notch. The leasing team makes you feel at home there and they really take care of the grounds. They have rules but they have them for a reason and it shows. I wish I could give this greater than a 5 start review because this place deserves it.

Hope to see everyone again soon!!”

“It's very quiet here and everyone that works here is super friendly. My kids love the pools. I feel safe here the gates lock at certain hours and you have to have a key card to get in or be let in by a resident.”

“The Luxe is a beautiful place that is well kept, clean, and safe. They have several amenities that made this place stand out. This includes EV chargers, salt-water pool, mini theatre, and sauna. No place is perfect, but The Luxe is close. Here are my pros and cons:Pros:- Very well kept- Extremely clean- Very safe and secure- Many attractive amenities (see their website)- Mark, the manager, is super nice and helpfulCons:- EV Chargers are $0.30/kWh for residents.- There is a $140 mandatory internet, pest, trash, fee package on top of your rent.- Their pricing and availabilities online isn't accurate. You would need to contact someone for the latest information.- Their online application process is a little dated, but it still works.Neutral:- Instead of a security deposit, they use Jetty, which is a nonrefundable payment of ~$97.In summary, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and the cons aren't even bad. I will update my review as needed, but I hope this place stays good!”

“My husband and I lived at the Venue for 2 years. Out of everything I’m about to say, I will would still recommend when you consider the current state of the economy. I feel the price is good for actually nice and new apartments. You get good appliances and a beautiful kitchen.
Location: The price of the area and amenities is very good. I loved how close it is to Mount Juliet and Lebanon. You are within 15 minutes of everything. The Publix down the road added a major plus. Here’s the downside to that: Traffic after work. Trying to go anywhere during after work hours is terrible.
Maintenance: We never had a problem with management. They always answered my emails/phone calls. Maintenance requests would get resolved within 24 hours of telling them.
Noise: We lived in building 10 which is at the very corner of the property, so we didn’t have noise problems. Buy a sound machine and you should be good.
Bugs: Now the “worms” review, that would be millipedes. As someone with a huge bug phobia, I can speak on this as we had an insane problem with millipedes which goes hand in hand with the vegetation around the property ( you’ll notice them at the gym as well). I mean finding them crawling all over the walls which sent me over the edge. I got rid of them by the time we moved out. Here are my tips: 1. You have to be present and tell pest control when they come to do an extra spray 2. Buy your own pest prevention spray, it can even be as simple as putting peppermint oil on your door seals. 3. Diatomaceous earth!! I definitely looked crazy to my neighbors, but I put this everywhere ( treated front door, patio door, all over the patio and in the mulch). They were eventually gone.
Ending lease: It is insanely easy to move out. They send out packets at the year mark, so you don’t even have to worry about it. If you actually take care of your apartment, you will not have a problem. We got our money back within a month of moving out since we took care of it. Take care of your apartment and you’ll be alright.
Security: While it is gated, it still doesn’t mean much. You see people follow behind other cars all the time. There are no cameras facing the parking lot. This is where we had issues. My husband’s car got hit multiple times with no note and someone broke his windshield. Be mindful since there are no cameras to find out who did it. Get a Ring doorbell camera as I have had packages stole right from our door.
Other than that, it is apartment living at its finest. Adjust your expectations and take it with a grain of salt. There are a lot of building, ergo a lot of people all just trying to live same as you.”

“My review of my tenancy at the Hamilton Apartments brings great praise and appreciation for the efficiency, friendliness and ongoing professional attitude that I receive from the front office staff and maintenance crew. I would like to give special recognition to the Manager, Lisa, who consistently goes above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. Service requests are completed quickly by Anthony and Alex and the grounds are well maintained. I greatly appreciate everyone at the Hamilton Apartments for creating a safe and comfortable living environment.”

“Lived here for a year and can say that this complex was pretty nice considering the following experiences:1. An upstairs neighbor's apartment caught on fire, and the whole 800 building was destroyed overnight. Rick, Taylor, and the community manager were up getting the Red Cross in to get people some financial help and even got the clubhouse open for food and water.I can say that the staff were dependable and just genuinely good people.2. As a lot of other reviews mention, my apartment had a mold problem that I put in tickets for. I treated the wall with bleach on some spots, but the vents were a repeat problem that had to be cleaned up by the maintenance team.I just wish the apartment had a more long-lasting solution to the mold.3. My apartment tended to have brown recluses even after treatments. They were easy to take care of, but I didn't like the jumpscares in the mornings.”

“My husband and I just moved into our new apartment here at Hickory Run. I was a little nervous considering the amount of traumatic experiences we had at our old apartment. The whole process so far has been easy and on schedule. We didn't get to view our apartment until we moved in, but I was reassured the apartment would be in great condition. The manager was true to her word because the apartment is wonderful! I'm super impressed with how clean and renovated it looks. All of the extra fees are shown on the lease before you sign. The neighbors have been really friendly. It's a lovely location and very quiet. Personally, we would highly recommend Hickory Run. We finally feel like we have a home!”
