I've been going to Jennie since 2018 and she's always been wonderful. I do a lot of 1099 work throughout the year and she's always great at finding deductions. I highly recommend her for people with more complicated tax situations.

We have used Jim Christatos for two years in a row now, and he is the most knowledgeable, tax professional I have ever used in the last 20 years. Not only that, Advance Tax fee is way less than other companies, at least half the cost of the competition, and we get way more money back with Advance. I can’t say enough good things about our tax guy Jim though… He is so kind, professional, quick, great communicator, and very talented at what he does! He has gotten us more back on our taxes than anybody before by far! This last year we sold two properties and thought we were going to have to pay $30,000 in capital gains tax to the IRS, but because Jim is so knowledgeable, he was able to walk us through the things we could write off to try and get that number down, and we sure did! We only paid $15,500 in for the sale of two properties. We were elated to say the least! All of the professionals I have spoke with at Advance Tax seem kind & professional, but Jim Christatos is our guy!! As long as Jim is at advance tax, we will continue to use their services!

Jenni Frazier is absolutely wonderful. She is so warm, kind, and funny. She made doing my taxes an absolute breeze. I used her last year, and held on to her card ever since so I could be sure to book an appointment with her again for 2023

ATS takes great care of us. We're small potatoes tax wise, but they treat us with great professionalism and I feel way better paying them to do it properly than me muddling through some free online train wreck. Great people I trust, and recommend.

The most delightful, Jenni Frazier was highly recommended to me from our local and dear East Nashville group. I’ll never forget how she helped me with my self employment taxes. She completely relieved all of my stressors and anxiety feelings I came walking through her door with. Jenni is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, witty, meticulous and has a very kind heart. I do not recommend their services. First year filing (2019), I never received my return. When I'd call and ask, I was told the IRS is busy this year and it might be late. When I told them I never received a stimulus check, they said it was probably late too. 2020, I let them handle personal and business. Rather than giving good advice, we were told, "we'll you'd be paying double that if you lived in New York and New Jersey." I still haven't received a stimulus or refund for 2019 taxes. I did however receive a letter from the IRS saying I owed more money for 2020 due to a "misfiling." When I called Advanced Tax to ask about it, they called me back and told me I needed to call the IRS to find my money and straighten it out. I also owed more taxes using them in 2020 than I've ever owed in my whole life. My industry was shut down during covid, I made less money and owed more. Never going back again, and I do not recommend Jim.
