Tammy & her team have build an INCREDIBLE community in Nashville. This is what Burn Nation is all about! The trainers know how to push me farther than I think I can go while giving me all the support & cheering me on every step of the way. To go even further, their team shows up time & time again to support local businesses. I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re looking for a new fitness routine & wanting to challenge yourself like never before, take a leap of faith & sign up. Being a member is one of the best things I’ve done for myself.

I’ve been going to Burn for about a month now. Initially I was concerned it wouldn’t be challenging enough after doing Shed/Barry’s etc in the past- I was WRONG. I have been sore for pretty much the entire time, and I love the mix of workouts- some days are agility and athleticism, others are more focused on strength in a particular muscle group. I get major FOMO every time I have to miss a day. This is such a welcoming community- the instructors really encourage you to introduce yourself to each other and you will see a lot of the same faces when you come to class consistently. In addition to camps (at no extra cost) they do 1:1 coaching with a body scan to help you quantify your progress and stay on track.

I love burn boot camp so much! It is such a great empowering class and gives me fuel for being a mom! My kids love the childcare so much! Anna is the best, and my kids love her! We love all the trainers!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’m a few weeks in here at Burn Bellevue and I’m hooked! Everyone here is so wonderful from the front desk workers, trainers, child care workers, and my fellow workout peers. I feel strong, empowered, uplifted, and most importantly, accepted. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been a member since they opened back in January 2020. Best decision ever! The trainers are fabulous, there is free childcare, and a wonderful group of people to reach your goals with! You can set up focus meetings every couple of weeks with a trainer so they can talk through goes and where you are. SOOO amazing for a gym to do that!! Come join us!!

I have been a member at Burn Bellevue since they opened in Jan. 2020 and I can’t imagine ever leaving. Every class I go to everyone is so positive. And we all motivate and cheer each other on. I never feel self conscious or awkward like I do at other gyms. Devan is awesome!! She challenges me and makes me feel like I can do anything even when I don’t think it’s possible(and she is usually right). She just brings that heavier weight and just says “here you go” like no big deal you got this. Her energy and personality make even the hardest workout fun. Lauren is the best at keeping me moving! When I think I can possible do one more rep she is there cheering me on to keep going! I never thought I would be one of those people that works out 5 days a week or consider myself “an athlete” well past my “athlete days”. But burn gives me the strength and confidence I need and I will never look back.

Run, don't walk, to Burn Bootcamp Bellevue! Prior to joining Burn in February of 2020, I never worked out with any kind of consistency. I now attend Burn 6 days a week at 5am. The community here will be the one you didn't know you needed - supportive, uplifting, kind, fun - everyone is in your corner and you never feel out of place. The workouts are challenging, but the trainers are all top notch with the knowledge to help you modify to meet your needs, whether you need take it down or step it up. I can't say enough good things about this place! Go now!

I've been trying different sorts of boot camp exercises for years and have consistently had joint pain or injuries. Burn boot camp's floaty floor has made all the difference for my joints! The trainers are amazing and fun, and they give modifications if needed. The classes are fun and the groups are super supportive!

I’m gonna be honest, I am heavier set and when I saw the name of the gym I was very much against it! I have been laughed out of another gym and at a different gym I always felt like the “muscle heads” were talking about me when ever went to go pick up a weight! So for those reasons I was terrified to even try out something called BurnBootCamp but I did and I will say this is the happiest I have been in a long time! The people here… from front desk to trainers to the owner to each person in the classes with me… they are freakin incredible and I have never felt judged! Sometimes I do have to mod down and that’s okay but when I am able to mod up the coaches will push you (in a good way) Everyone is so nice and so outgoing and it really does feel like a family here! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone! Great music! And High five at every class!!

Burn Boot Camp (Bellevue) legit changed my life. I'm in the best shape ever (as a mid thirties mom of 3) and it's all thanks to this gym and it's incredibly supportive community. I recommend Burn Boot Camp Bellevue to anyone that will listen, no matter your starting fitness level. You won't find a more supportive community to help you reach your goals, whatever those may be.You're worth the investment. Time to show up.

Everything about this gym is amazing! I’ve been a member here for nearly a year and I still get excited to workout, encourage others and get to know my fellow burn sisters (and a few brothers). I have made lifelong friendships along this fitness journey and what more could you ask for!

Burn is more then an gym, it’s a community of women and men. Everyone encourages everyone throughout the 45 minute classes. The trainers and staff are amazing. You will meet so many amazing people in the classes. I highly recommend giving BurnBootCamp a try.

There once was a time when I said "I will never, ever, ever join a gym." Now, I have been working out at Burn Boot Camp Bellevue religiously for about 4 months, and I have seen such a significant difference in muscle tone, strength, stamina, personal appearance, and confidence, that I cannot imagine going back (I have *visible* abs now!? what!?!). The workouts are a diverse mix of weight training, plyometric, and body weight movements, packed into 45 minute camps. The weekly schedule balances athletic conditioning days, and strength training days. Trainers are energetic and experienced. They are super attentive during camps to make sure you are using proper form, and they demonstrate modifications safe for pregnancy, and for varying fitness levels. Burn has also cultivated a friendly, supportive, community atmosphere, which just makes you want to show up more and work harder, which results in the gains you were looking for in the first place.
