That's who I bank with and they are the absolute best bank I have ever had in my life friendly and very helpful in every way possible

Was a pleasant experience when we first opened accounts. Lately, they have been unresponsive and rude. They are just not very professional or nice.

People keep giving thanks to all the first responders in this COVID-19 pandemic, but I want to shout out Sean White from Capstar Bank. After being left out of access to help through Wells Fargo, I called every bank in town. Mind you, I am a small business owner and need help for my company and employees and myself. Sean was the first to get back to me. He was such a relief of confidence and capability. Some how, in the midst of being swamped with his workload he was able to add helping me to the list. I am unsure yet if I will even get the PPP Loan, but I feel so lucky to have had him in my corner and help advocate for us little people. No doubt bankers are on the front lines as well. This loan will mean the survival of my company and livelihood of several local Nashvillians, and without Sean White at Capstar Bank, I wouldn't even have a chance. I am so greatful for the hope for me and my team. Thank you Capstar for having people like Sean White. I look forward to calling Capstar my new bank. Good riddens Wells Fargo!

On January 3rd 2018, my stepson attempted to cash a check from his employer. He was told "We aren't going to cash it". No explanation as to why or if there was a issue with the check or with the account of the issuer, simply "We won't cash it.". My husband went back into the bank with my stepson to ask what their reasoning was and was told the same. Here is where the customer really slides headlong into being ridiculously terrible, as opposed to speaking with a mangaer or giving some sort of explanation or suggestion, the teller simply walked away without a word, went to the back and when she returned said the manager had left even though she was still in the building and practically ran out the door seemingly to avoid speaking withy husband and son. In her flight, she hurriedly stated (with a un professional shrug) "We just won't cash it". Luckily for my stepson, the issue was worked out with the employer and we will never have to experience such appalling incompetence and unprofessionalism again.
