They were professional but opened 15 minutes late. Some people have schedules to keep, and shouldn't have to wait on bank personnel counting money.

Would recommend banking elsewhere. The branch locations typically have good customer service, but don’t even bother with the app or Chase’s phone customer service (super rude). I have never had so many problems until banking with Chase, and I was only there a year lol. One of my family members had very similar issues. Much happier after switching!

Gavin is the absolute best most professional and helpful banker we have ever worked with. He has helped resolve several issues already when calling or online interactions have been less than stellar.Great to still have a personal touch in the neighborhood. Just make an appointment first, which is very easy to do online.

Came in to open a checking account and was greeted as soon as I came in, Gavin , who opened up my account, was personable, friendly, and explained everything to me. After receiving excellent customer service, I am excited to be a Chase customer

Heidi is extremely rude. I’ve gone in a couple of times and every time I hear her yelling at the other employees, even in front of customers. It’s one thing to correct a problem and TRAIN an employee to do something correctly, but it’s NEVER okay to yell at someone because they didn’t do it her way. Definitely not in front of customers.

One of the new staff members here totally dropped the ball, Manager apologized and said they had some gaps in training. One year and maybe 15 phone calls later and still haven’t gotten the issue figured out. Considering switching banks due to lack of consideration especially considering how many accounts I have open with this company.
