I have never banked with a more friendly, educated, and overall amazing staff. Nick Beals specifically has always went above and beyond (as does the rest of the staff) every time I come in. forever a chase client. and if you dont already have one, get the chase saphire.

I could start my own bank, go through all the regulations, build the place by hand, and still help people quicker than this place does. That is probably giving them more credit than they deserve, because it’s saying you’ll actually get help here.

I have an appointment at 1:15 PM. But until 1:40 no one even asked about what can help?Three bankers are doing their own things. I have to back to office at 2. And this is my second visit but my problem hasn't been solved. Wastes my time

We were visiting town and needed to take care of a couple things. Regis, Carlton, and Marina were all super helpful and friendly! We felt absolutely welcomed and taken care of, even while we waited to be helped. I've rarely had a friendlier customer service experience!!

Worst ATM hours. Every time I am downtown I can’t access the ATM. They close at 8pm. Which seems d*** for an entertainment district that operates late into the night. Other major cities have Chase ATMs that are more accessible. Nashville needs this too.

Anyone was working, it was an empty place and they didn’t attended us. They said we needed an appointment when they were doing anything and I had to drive so far away to go in and go back.Not professional staff.

After Chase's wider fraud department locked down my credit card and closed my new checking/savings accounts for no reason, Christy was very accommodating with seeing me and helping to fix the situation.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to this incredible team that took care of all of my business needs! Donovan and Christy gave great insight to what I needed for my finances for starting my non-profit! The manager was also incredibly helpful in finding the answer to something that had been taking me forever to find! This team clearly knows what they are doing and takes the time to care for each person! I highly recommend this bank and team to anyone who is looking for a group that looks out for their people!

Wonderful staff that was very welcoming and knowledgeable! All of my questions about the account I was wanting to open was answered. The bank is also very beautiful on the inside. Cannot thank the employees enough for making my first banking experience with Chase so great.
