Worked with Todd and Emilio to purchase a washer and dryer set. Still waiting on delivery so I cannot comment on the product itself yet, but the two of them were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the process of buying big expensive appliances comfortable and enjoyable. I feel confident in what we picked out together and cannot recommend this place high enough.

Emilio went above and beyond, supplying great customer service. I came in with a concern about some other products, and he spent 20 minutes helping me. The people here are super! Emilio is the best.

Looking back, I would have rather paid more and waited longer using a reputable company. Because although Electronic Express had a lower price and had my washer and dryer in stock with quick delivery, I’ve spent way more than I’ve saved on 3rd party installation and repair, AND they left me without working appliances for 2 weeks after the initial delivery. Horrible experience. They don’t call you back, they don’t stand by their own warranty, and in maybe 7 total phone calls I’ve spoken with 1 person who had a good attitude.Run. Away.

Extremely poor follow though for customer service, not keeping delivery schedule, all around a BAD experience. I wish we liked them better. We were wanting to purchase several appliances and televisions from there.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Absolutely dreadful customer service. My TV shut down 4 days after purchase and it took weeks to get someone to pick it up and bring me a new one. I spent hours on the phone with the store, with delivery people, with supervisors. Each had a different story, each was more difficult to deal with than the next. I will never shop with them again. I tried to call the corporate office before posting this to give them a chance to at least apologize and I still couldn't talk to a live person. Absolutely terrible

I specifically asked the sales rep on 12/16/2021 if the company would be able to ship an order in time for Christmas. The answer was yes as long as I placed the order that day. Next day (12/17/2021 @ 11:35), the order was shipped and estimated to arrive on Christmas Eve. Things were looking hopeful. Then this happened... When checking the order status on Christmas Eve, UPS had a note that said Electronic Express had requested the item be sent back to their facility on 12/22/2021 @ 4:38am. The item was expensive, they took the money out of my account, so It's locked up. And, they're not willing to refund it, until they verify the item is back in their warehouse. This could've completely ruined another person's Christmas Holiday. And, my 4yo daughter (on Santa's "Nice List") could be extremely disappointed on Christmas morning. Fortunately, I've come up with a last minute solution to make sure she will get the Christmas she deserves, but this required quite a bit of time, stress, and money. When I called to speak to a customer service representative (at Electronic Express), she was very rude and blamed the issue on a glitch in UPS's system. BEFORE WRITING THIS REVIEW, I decided to called UPS and verify the excuse. Here's what the UPS rep found in their records: "UPS verified that it was NOT a glitch and that the sender had in fact requested the item to be returned. There was proof." Does the owner even care about how his company does business? They've hired employees that will straight up lie. Our world does not need any company that is willing to do business in a destructive & wasteful manner. I asked the customer service representative what the company is willing to do in order to resolve the matter. My goal was to provide them an opportunity to make good on their "destructive" choices. Guess what the response was... Oh! After the holidays, when we verify the item is back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund. WTF?!? I requested the refund immediately since they requested their item back before it even arrived, attempted to ruin a 4yo girl's Christmas, took money out of my account, and straight up lied to me (twice). The answer... Well, sorry sir, I don't have anyone available from the AP department. You will have to wait until after the holidays. Please, don't support a businesses that will make our lives more difficult. Go and support the businesses that actually CARE and want to make our world a better place.
