If I could give a zero to what just happened I would!! I paid for a chair and ottoman. And they resold it/gave it to someone else. I was not even gone for 40 minutes. Long enough to go get my truck and come back!! My advice to you is don't leave there without your purchases ... I shop here often, and have bought furniture before and came back for it. I will not do that again!! It will be a very long time if I ever I come back!!

Furniture and Appliances disgusting and overpriced. Used Kurigs with coffee grounds still in it for 20 bucks, ( can get a brand new one at walmart for the same price, Crock pits for 15, scratched up dusty furniture for 60-80 for around 5 dollar more per item you can buy these thing's brand new. If they don't improve pricing they will go out of business.

Lady running the fitting rooms refused to let us try on a couple items of clothing. It was 6:50 and she told us the fitting rooms closed at 7. We had enough time to be in and out, however she argued that she had already swept the room and locked it. If the rooms are open till seven they should be OPEN till seven. Wasted my time coming here

Big store. Lots of clothes. Lots of people shopping for clothes. Unfortunately only 2 out of 6 fitting rooms are open. Therefore a 20 minute wait in line to try on clothes. Bank on another 10-20 minutes checking out. Only 1 register open. Do better.

First time in this Goodwill Store. Fairly busy on a late Saturday afternoon. Store was clean, well until I dropped a glass plate and broke it ! I cleaned up the mess and told the cashier what happened. It was all good. Prices seemed to be a little high, several items were not marked so you are at the mercy of the cashier. The staff was friendly. I would go back !

Prices have increased even though they have zero inventory investment cost and to top it off, only one slow register opened. We stood in line over 15 minutes and ended up bailing. There where other employees one even a manager but she had more important stuff to do. Like sit in her office. Its where she walked to and never came out . Just close down and rehire better management. Maybe pay more to lure in someone who actually gives a damn .. More quiet quitting apparently.

Found a small knickknack that my wife wanted. Probably a five dollar item. The tag had fallen off. The cashier (who also claimed to be the store manager) refused to sell it on the basis that I might have removed the tag maliciously. We were buying a lot of other items that were significantly more expensive, so....?! The original price from when it was new was actually written directly on the item in permanent marker. I would have gladly paid _that_ amount. We offered to wait while they priced it. We offered to leave a number and have them call us once they priced it No, that’s not the “process“. I was half tempted to offer the "manager" $1,000 for it so he'd have to turn it down because "it's not the process". From the implication of theft through the utter disinterest in helping—this place disgusts me now. Don’t shop here unless you’re prepared to be insulted.Edit: I reached out to Goodwill corporate about our experience. No response at all, not even an autoresponder. Apparently, they approve. (I've also made some minor wording changes to the review for clarity.)

Had a young coworker come in and donate items to this store. Unknowingly had his backpack mixed in with his donations so when he realized he didn’t have it anymore, he went back to try to find it. A tall guy with blonde hair and glasses came and yelled at him and then even lied to the police about what he was doing. The employee wouldn’t even take the time to help him find it. Pure lazy. This backpack has his mental health medication in it along with other stuff he NEEDS back. This guy should really be ashamed for acting this way to a teenager.

First off, I will begin by saying how nice, organized and clean this store is! Friendly staff, clean restrooms, large store with a lot of stuff!! All...A+ actually. Now for the reason for the 2 star rating I am leaving....actually, the rating and review goes for MOST if not all Goodwill locations.So.....I dont know who is responsible for setting the prices and authorizing price increases, etc. andregardless ** this review is for YOU, wherever you are!! ** I hope someone will pass this along to you.I was in the store looking for a decent used extra piece of luggage for an upcoming trip. I didn't want to pay TJ Maxx or Ross prices for brand new so I came to your store. There was a TON of great looking luggage pieces of all shapes and sizes to choose from and I found the perfect piece. *THE PRICE WAS $60!!!*Excuse me?? I laughed literally out loud and when I showed the price to the other people looking at luggage they joined in the laughter. We all walked out with no luggage nor anything else for that matter.WHY would anyone in their right mind pay $60 for a USED, SCUFFED, IMPERFECT piece of luggage with muddy casters when they could drive 3 minutes from Goodwill and get a shiny new perfect one for $59???Its not just the luggage that's outrageously priced either. $19.99 for shoes...$14.99-$19.99 for ratty purses and bags. $40 for a sewing machine that didn't have a cord!!?? Just a few observations I've made recently. Its truly laughable.Someone better draw back on the reigns because if not, Goodwill will be a thing of the past. Why are you biting the very hands that made your non profit so successful??Its not because your inventory and shipping costs have risen so dramatically, is it??? We know that's not the case. So, what then......???I'm hearing the disappointment and disbelief numerous times from numerous people in every Goodwill store I walk into. Everyone is saying the same thing...Goodwill is going to price increase itself out of business...and if something doesn't change, I can assure you that WILL be the very fate of what was such a great service for so many people.Come on you guys!! Let's remember who and what we are....and why. I really hope this note gives the decision makers wherever they are, pause for thought. Thanks for reading!! Sorry it was a long one.Keith

The people who run this place are jerks! Found a small knickknack that my wife wanted. Probably a five dollar item. The tag had fallen off. They refused to sell it on the grounds that I was apparently trying to steal it!? Not sure how that works since we were buying about fifty dollars of other merch. We offered to wait while they priced it. We offered to leave a number and have them call us once they priced it No...that's not the "process". I was half tempted to offer the manager $1,000 for it so he'd have to turn it down because "it's not the process". From the implication of theft through the utter disinterest in helping--this place disgusts me now. Don't shop here unless you're prepared to be insulted and abused.
