Manager Josh was extremely not accommodating. Came here for a birthday and was served PORK on Ramadan. Took a side dish off and refused to take off our entree that was ruined because "we don't do that here." Told the server I did not eat meat and was served pork during Ramadan. Very unhappy with resolution, show was not great either. May have enjoyed myself more if Josh helped me and my sister with the pork issue. Absolutely did not. Do not recommend to Muslim backgrounds here. They do not care.

From the door man to the end of the show was simply amazing. Great food, great vibes, and entertainment. The chef deserves a raise cause the lamb chops, and filet mignon was top tier! Worth the money and my husband and I will definitely be coming back!!

If your travels take you to Nashville and you've got the coin for a really wonderful evening's experience, then the House of Cards is the place for you. Make your reservations early as they tend to fill up quickly and one week out we were almost shut out. Classy dress is mandatory, sports coats and dress shoes at a *minimum* for guys and gals need to be dressy as well; HOC's dress code is prominently posted on their website. The formal magic show is included with any entree and there are small table nooks where house magicians are in residence and perform for small, intimate groups of diners. The decor is a spot-on version of a 1920's speakeasy and adds to the charm of the place. The chef knows his stuff and our meal selections were first class, and the service impeccable. Diners are encouraged to linger after dinner and wander around the place, lending to the relaxed atmosphere and it is so nice to see people dressed classily and enjoying an evening of great food and superb entertainment.

WOW, WOW AND WOW!!!The House of Cards is a really cool atmosphere and the food is the best we have had in Nashville. The Burrata Salad and the Coffee Chile Rub New York was fabulous and I can't wait to go back. The shows were really fun and that's all I'm going to say because I don't want to give too much away.

Very cool establishment! Really loved the close-up magicians! Very cool decor. I'm glad they provided me with a suit jacket because I did not have one along. The food was too pricey for us. But we did it so we could see the main magician. Actually the main magician was good and entertaining, but we liked the close-up magicians out in the main area, even better.

Incredible spot, food was better than expected being a more tourist location. The service we received was great JD did a great job keeping us on time and remembering small things. He also was very knowledgeable about the menu. The close up magic is by far the best, I still don’t see how they did some of the tricks but it was an incredible night.

My boyfriend and I went there today and I can 100% honestly say it was the best show we’ve ever seen. We thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience. The atmosphere is complete with dim lighting and very mysterious. It started with the walk down the stairs to the basement, it feels like you are going to a secret club. As soon as we walked through the door to the club, we enjoyed our time from start to finish. The food is awesome and you can eat to your heart’s content. If you don’t leave there full, you have no one to blame but yourself. While you are eating, there are 2 magicians that will perform for you. I don’t want to give anything away but what I will say is, you will leave their table with no idea what the heck they just did. After you eat, the main show starts and it’s even more amazing. It’s full of laughter, amazement and just overall fun.

This is the most phenomenal restaurant and gives the best entertainment filled evening you can have in Nashville! It's my all time favorite go to and offers a very similar experience to the Academy of Magical Arts private club in Los Angeles, Magic Castle! Joey is the GM and he'll be sure to show you a great evening!Dietary restrictions: Great options for Gluten Free individuals!

We came to HOC for my birthday and had a fantastic time. Our waiter, Brandon, was full of information and gave plenty of recommendations! We were unable to see the magic show due to having other birthday plans and times just overlapped so we will be back! Overall great experience and we can’t wait to do it again!Parking: Parking is very convenient and validated which is great for busy downtown Nashville!

We came to HOC for my wife's birthday dinner and had a fantastic time. Our waiter, Brandon, was full of information and gave a ton of recommendations regarding drinks, food and even local places like Skully's! We were unable to see the magic show due to having other birthday plans and times just overlapped so we will be back!! Overall a great experience and we can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend!

I was so disappointed in your brunch. At $60 per person, we expected to taste something that was out of this world. We were not impressed by the food at all.The desserts were lacking everything, nothing stood out unless you wanted a cookie as hard as a rock.Again, at $60 you would expect the drinks to be included. Some drinks were free refills.I paid $8 for two orange juice in small cup servings. The best part of our time there was the card show.We will not return and we will tell everyone we know that it's just not worth the cost.

Our waiter was JD and he made the experience much more comfortable than we originally felt walking in. He was very inviting and helpful in getting us to understand the flow of the evening. I think we got a lot of value for what we paid, and I liked how there wasn't a constant push to upsell us on anything. The table magicians were entertaining, and they even gave us a complimentary professional photo, which was a super pleasant surprise. The headliner, Carter or Carver, was incredibly good (and hilarious as well). If I had any criticism, it would be with the food. The appetizers, drinks, sides, and desserts were GREAT. Our entrees were still good- just a little disappointing compared to everything else we had. I can absolutely see myself coming again.
