“Great selection of bourbons (and other spirits). They had a large number of bottles that they gave samples of. This way I could try a bourbon before buying. Good prices! Great location, just down from a large retail shopping center. I dropped my wife off so she could shop and I went to taste and buy some bourbon. Everyone was happy. I will be back. The next time we are back in Nashville.”

“This is a great little local liquor store off of Dickerson Pike. My husband and I wandered in on a Thursday evening and ended up catching the tail end of a wine tasting with the owner himself! We went home with 2 of the 3 bottles we tasted ... and spent almost an hour browsing through all of the fun finds available. I honestly would return for the tastings alone - what a fun experience! The owner personally walked us through the different grapes and notes of each wine selected. Not to mention, you receive a small discount if you purchase any of the bottles being sampled. The prices are affordable for any budget, and this is definitely the place to pick up a bottle of something you've never heard of before. The wine is arranged by region and by grape, and the liquor is arranged by type. They even have a small fridge full of cold beer from local brewers. We'll absolutely return the next time we're in need of some libations. So thankful to have this little shop in the neighborhood!”
“The events folks at Frugal MacDoogal Nashville (Chase and Jenni) did a fantastic job helping us order alcohol for our daughter's wedding. Their response to helping us was quick and efficient. I gave them a list of what we needed and had great pricing back right away. I could tell that they are very comfortable dealing with people digitally (over e-mail) as the entire transaction took place that way. They provided us free delivery which took the worry of picking everything up away from us in a dry busy week. Delivery was on time as promised and the order items were just as promised. The gentleman doing the delivery was extremely pleasant and represented Frugal MacGoogal very well. Thank you to the entire event team, you did a wonderful job for us and we will be back to purchase needed alcohol many times in the future.”
“Amazing Liquor Store in East Nashville on Gallatin. Since moving to this side of town, we have been scoping spots to call our go-to spot and we have officially found it at Sinkers! While this part of Gallatin is not known for the best of things, Sinkers stands out for all the right reasons. A well put together, clean, large and well stocked liquor store that features the obscure to the popular, and local to the specialty. A wide variety of all spirits, as well as beer and wine. And in addition to all the ooze, they have quite a bit of booze related items that make for great gifts...and they also have a tasting bar that they hold special tastings at on occasion. Sinkers can get busy, but the flow of the registers works quite well. It is almost Home Goods-esk in the layout and how they operate it. Get your bottle, get in line then get out! Overall, super pumped to have found Sinkers. Our definitive go-to and recommended liquor store on the east side of the city!”
“I always enjoy coming here. As a bourbon collector they always have an impressive selection. Everything is impeccably clean and strategically organized. I love some craft beers especially IPA and they do not disappoint with that selection either. You will find some rare beers here, nothing is overpriced. Remember, if you're into craft beer is it more expensive than miller lite. Staff is super knowledgeable and top tier friendly. I love stopping by when I'm in the area. Wish they would expand!”
“Can’t say enough about this place. Great selection, super relaxing, and the beers rotate pretty fast so going frequently isn’t an issue. Nothing in the world more relaxing than sitting outside in their outdoor area and smelling the wood / barbecue next door. Only knock would be sometimes seats are hard to come by, but that’s what happens when you’re a popular place.”

They're also the only curse or that's open after 7 p.m. on a Sunday evening and when you work in the service industry things like that are important because your days and times off are not the same as everybody”

“An amazing liquor store. My wife and I took a Saturday drive to go bourbon hunting and hit this jackpot. After walking around the store looking at different bourbons I spoke to one of the nice employees there who recommended a bottle of Eagle Rare. I went to the counter to pay and it rang up as retail price. No gimmicks, no points, no clubs to join. Definitely have to talk to the employees and buy a few random bourbons before going for the allocated stuff but they do have a great selection. My wife loved the selection of some hard to find tequilas”

“Cute little spot in the nations off of Centennial. Great fill in corner store that also caries some unique items including sweets. Plenty of pre made salads, sandwiches, plus wine and beer options as well. They also have cooking demonstrations, wine and beer tastings, and more. Run next door when you forgot something for your recipe or a last minute meal idea.”

“I don't typically review retail stores ... but I have to call out some incredible customer service at this World Market! I was already a big fan of this store ... and this experience was the cherry on top.If you're not a World Market member, you need to sign up ASAP. It's free to participate, and they often text you with some really solid coupons. I took advantage of a recent offer - order online, pick up in store for 20 percent off - and ordered some furniture I had my eye on. I stopped by to pick up my furniture ... but keep in mind that I drive a small sedan. The furniture in question was two barstools and some shelves, and I was hoping it would all fit with the seats down. After checking in with the cashier inside, I drove around back of the store to meet with Joe. He presented me with an enormous box that definitely wasn't about to fit in my car. I asked if we could maybe take the chairs out of the box ... since it was going to be a hassle to have to come back with a rented van. Joe truly went above and beyond ... opening the box and loading my car with the chairs, and then tossing the box for me. This might seem like a small thing to call out ... but this experience could have easily gone in a very different direction. Joe was friendly and helpful throughout our entire interaction - and I would absolutely purchase furniture for pick-up from this store again without hesitation.”
