Ancillary staff very nice, however the vet didn't want to listen to anything I had to say about treating the cat I've had for over 15 years. All she wanted to do was keep adding things to my bill. Very arrogant, so my advice, if you happen to get Dr. Pack...run.

I just wanted to say thank you again!! Y’all were so helpful, and made everything so easy. My sweet kitty had a pretty severe open wound that became infected. She had been hiding after it happened, and I was unable to get her into carrier for day & half even though she needed to go in immediately… but they were so kind & non-judgmental when I brought her in. I was definitely stressed, kept crying, and they never made me feel silly. They were so sweet to my girl! Even just after two days, everything is starting to heal, and am just very thankful for their help!

Went in after our puppy had some bleeding after his neuter surgery that morning. We got right in and only waited about 20 minutes for them to take him back. Dr. Noel was super helpful in showing us what she did to help and stop the bleeding and explained very thoroughly what the issue was. She definitely put our minds at ease and was extremely open to my many questions. Highly recommend. Our little guys is doing great and getting some rest.

My pup had an allergic reaction after hours. Took her to BluePearl, and everyone we encountered was terrific - kind, helpful, caring, professional, explained what was happening and discussed estimated cost. They sent us home with clear care instructions and what to watch for if my pup worsened. I would recommend them to anyone in need of vet care!

You don’t really think about where to take your dog at 10p on a Saturday until you have a pet emergency. Blue Pearl was professional, clean, and friendly. We are so appreciative that they were there when we needed them. Thanks Blue Pearl. You took great care of our dog … and us :)

Oh my gosh, what a great animal hospital. Like a beacon in the night. We were so pleased with how fast they got us in, and the incredible wonderful personalities of each person that worked there.100% our “go to” animal hospital if ever in need.

I have taken my cat to two different Blue Pearl Hospital hospitals in the greater Nashville area. Both occasions were incredibly stressful for me and my animal and I sincerely appreciate how thoughtful and respectful all of the staff has been at both of the locations I visited. Most recently I visited the West Nashville location on 1/24/24 and was put at so much ease by how thorough the vet and all employees were with taking care of my cat. The facilities are clean and very nice, again all of the staff has been wonderful. I can also say that you are paying for some of the best service possible. I don’t have to analyze every detail on the estimates they provide because I know they will only charge me for what is absolutely essential to the treatment of my animal. The care they put into their work is very evident. I could not recommend this chain of hospitals enough. I greatly appreciate both the Franklin and West Nashville locations for all that they have done for my cat. Without them, my cat would not be sitting at home happy and healthy today.

I have had to go to Blue Pearl 3 times now, about a 25 min drive from my house. If it were possible to take my pets there all the time for all of their needs I absolutely would without a doubt do so! I have NEVER had an encounter with anyone who was short with me, irritated, rude, unkind or anything. They are always kind, quick, patient, and most of all sensitive to me and my fur babies! They have save 2 of my dogs from not being here anymore and I am forever grateful! I have the most appreciation for Blu Pearl!

Edit: response said they tried to contact me several times after my feedback, I received absolutely nothing from them. No calls. No emails.We had to bring our cat here for fluids and overnight monitoring after a procedure at our vet. Our vet covered everything with us and we were under the impression we were just dropping him off. No one we interacted with was sympathetic. We met with a vet who briefed us on what the over night stay would look like, ten-ish minutes, maybe - he’ll get fluids and be monitored, we could call any time. We were charged for a full emergency vet visit for this “consultation” ($160). She left and a vet tech brought us a bill to the room. She read the bill to us but didn’t explain what anything meant even when my husband said “what does any of this mean? What is nurse level 2?” We got a blank stare then she asked if that was “good”. We asked for a minute to discuss as the price was HEFTY. We agreed to do it and told her. They let us say bye to our cat and he was so high he couldn’t even blink the fur off of his eye ball. Meanwhile they were treating a small dog that was freaking out nearby and he was just staring. As we went to leave they said they would check us out. This was the first we were hearing of having to pay the THOUSANDS of dollars before we could leave. This was not mentioned to us in private. Like our vet office, we assumed we could pay once the services were complete. Not the case. The girl threw these numbers around like $10 and $20 bucks. I came back first thing the next morning to take him back to our vet and expressed these frustrations in person to a supervisor, - she was very empathetic. She assured me the office manager would be in touch with me to follow up. There’s been no follow up. Do everything in your power to not leave your pet with these people who only want your money (and a lot of it).

Never a good thing when you have to rush your fur baby into an emergency clinic. Even worse after you have to after a long day at work and negligence (from a 3rd party) was involved. Emotions were everywhere but they took such good care of my boy! They patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure both the pup and I were ok. Thank you to such a wonderful vet! Dr Reeves was amazing and really put my mind at ease. Would absolutely recommend!!The only thing that was somewhat annoying was the amount of time it took to do the paperwork, estimate/discharge etc.
