“Not the cheapest place in town, but they did a great and timely job on my Jetta. They replaced my throttle body after first trying to fix the old one. They also inspected my car for other issues, suggested a few things but were never pushy. From my experience, I’d say these guys do good honest work, which is rare these days.”

“We were visiting from out of state and our suburban all of a sudden wouldn't shift into reverse..It was late Friday afternoon, we went to 2 chevy dealerships to see if could service asap as we had to leave town next day. Neither could even analyze our vehicle until the following week! So we went onto Google to see if any local chevy mechanic shops open in the area. Fortunately we found S&J!! We drove straight there and the owner instantly put scanner on vehicle to determine issue, and said he had part in stock and would be able to get us on the road in 2 hours or less. We walked down the road to visit the Lane Auto Museum which btw was fantastic. The time we spent at museum was just about 2 hours and by the time we walked back down to S&J our suburban was fixed and ready to go. These guys are fabulous, very pleasant, knowledgeable and reasonable ? Highly recommend S&J!!Service: Transmission”

“Mr. Cooper took care of me when my car had an emergency! I had a belt to break when I was out of town for work. It was a Friday afternoon and I was pushed off from other local repair suppliers and shops to even take a look at my vehicle to find the problem. I knew my vehicle wouldn't make my 2 hour drive home. Mr. Cooper was happy to take a look and repaired my vehicle very fast. I am so appreciative! He and his staff not only did excellent work on my vehicle, they were also so genuine during my time of need. I would recommend anyone to take their car here for repair!”

“Very satisfied with my visit! QUICK service. Took less than an hour. (Started on my car around 2:30 on a Friday. So take that into account.) Reasonably priced for me, too! I came for two front tires for my 2010 Toy Corolla and Chris took care of me and answered all my questions. There was a young guy, I believe his name is Woody who came to give me updates about something with my hubcap, lug, or rim. (Not sure what it’s called. ? I know very little about it.) but it was potentially going to break and they wanted me to know what was going on and answered all my questions. I’m on the road traveling for work and a bit scared and tired and they made sure I was at ease and taken care of. Super thankful for them! ?When you come, just remember to be patient and if you don’t understand, just ask questions. He never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked. lol I hope you come when Chris is working. Older man with a soft voice soothing voice and great with customer service!”

He was funny, kept the process moving, and let me know if anything else needed taken care of. My back windshield wiper was bare and we were going to change it out, but unfortunately they didn't have the replacement in.
