Consistent is the word that comes to mind. Perfect, no, nor is anyone else. Publix still does it right, employees that are focused on customer service, mgmt. that will not tolerate abuse from customers, good variety, custom orders available. Compassionate and skilled doctors who take care of pets and their owners with no input from the actual patient. Truly a skill. Immaculate facility with no antiseptic smell that is sometimes present in veterinarian settings.
