“I moved from Florida to Tennessee. I didn't know anything about where things were here in Madison. I went in not knowing if they had a unit big enough for me, Pam was on duty. She helped us out so much. I'm disabled and couldn't really help my wife out with unloading the truck. Pam made a call and two guys showed up and unloaded the truck. I want to let the owner know that Pam helped us out a great deal. Let me say this, when we came back two months later, when my apartment was ready. I called up there and again Pam was on duty. I was crying because we had been on the highway 17 hours and needed to empty that unit by the end of the day. Pam came through with helpers. Ms.Pam B, We want to Thank you from our hearts for coming through for us. THANK YOU.”
