The server Steve was amazing and also a Chris Farley doppelganger. The food was delicious also, I had the fried green tomatoes and tuna crisps. 10/10

I came in with my family yesterday and we had such a great time! We accidentally showed up about 10 minutes before they opened and they still welcomed us in and took care of us immediately! Steve was our server and this man is the definition of great hospitality! Absolute phenomenal service and he went above and beyond by making sure my one year old was enjoying herself as her parents could drink some wine and kill some time! He introduced us to the bartender that evening, Austin, who hand delivered the finest espresso martini you will find in Nashville. Such a pleasant experience and we can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful work dinner at The Rutledge and while all the food was top notch, I have to give kudos to our waiter Steve. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, he made the whole dining experience a pleasure. He even remembered all our names! I would highly recommend this restaurant, the food and service are excellent!

I organized my husbands surprise birthday party in their enclosed event space and it was a huge hit! We fit 45 people perfectly in the space and everyone commented on how good the food was and how beautiful the space looked. Austin was my POC and he was so helpful in putting together the F&B menu including finding cute names for our special cocktail menu we designed with the bar team and his team did a great job keeping everything moving forward. I would highly recommend either enjoying dinner or organizing your next event at the Rutledge.

This was a very pleasant dining experience for our party of Five. The ambiance, service and all our food, starters, main entree and desserts were excellent. Also, it had easy access from parking structure and location is very close to the Nashville Broadway shopping area and night life.

The men in management at this establishment are very nasty and disrespectful to women!! I will never EVER eat here again. David was one of the men that was very disrespectful and aggressive. Everyone in our area was taken back by his approach to an entire table of ladies. Never Again.

First off the service was lovely, Rachel and Tiffany were great! The food was not great. The lobster crostini was soggy, the tuna was decent and the Brussels were soggy too. They forgot our asparagus, that was soggy when they brought it to the table. The food definitely didn't match the price or vibe. Super disappointing, but we still had a nice time.

He was very engaging at all his tables and had a great welcoming smile. Food was amazing and drinks were on point. One of our favorites so far, highly recommend.

Waiter/bartender was amazing very accommodating with my allergies and made modification to our drinks and check the menu over several times to help us select our food. Bread on the French Dip was pretty cold and a little stale. Flavor was good but for $28 I would expect there to be a little bit more on the plate instead of a mountain of French fries Burger was well cooked and the meat didn't taste frozen or chewy. Again for $28 I would hope for more then one mountain of French fries. The pickles on the burger were really good! We had the Shrimp wontons with hot honey and they were so fun!

Food didn't match ambiance nor location. Cheaply flavored and prepared. Not upscale at all! Ordered the Mahi Mahi, brussel sprouts, lobster crostini, tempura shrimp sushi, and tuscan shrimp pasta.Lobster crostini was HORRIBLE despite the server raving about it being the best seller. Bread was barely toasted which made the dish soft and soggy. Sauce was too heavy and sweet. Poorly executed appetizer. I DO NOT recommend at all!Mahi Mahi was fine. Nothing special; same flavor and presentation would have been at a restaurant like O'Charley's. Wouldn't order again.Tuscan Shrimp Pasta was OVERLY seasoned to the point of inedibility. Way too much spice and very, very oily, especially towards the bottom of the dish. Hard pass!Brussel sprouts had good flavor, but they felt and tasted boiled and way too soft! It didn't seem like they were sauteed at all as they had NO crispness whatsoever. Good brussels need a slight crunch and crisp and char! The absolute best was the tempura shrimp sushi roll! A little too heavy with the sauce on the top, but otherwise DELICIOUS! Would order again for sure IF I ever returned.Skip the Rutledge if looking for an upscale dinner and date night.
