The store employees here are SO efficient and friendly, even though they have such a small and yet so busy store! They don’t have a lot of space for a kiosk or even to handle the line that forms, but they still manage to crush it! I would recommend giving them all a raise, and adding a self-serve kiosk for simple print and ship services. Thank you!!! Always a pleasure stopping by this store. :-D

I love this UPS location! They greet you with a smile every time and are always kind, funny and patient! (I return a ridiculous amount of items! ☺️) Jaszmine is my personal fav! She always goes out of her way to keep things simple and convenient! Recommend this location 10/10!

Store is good but wow the parking lot is horrible. Literally 4 spots trapped in by a sidewalk. I hit the sidewalk everytime. Nashville isn’t known for public transit yet so the lack of parking lot is ridiculous.

I HATE to be that person, BUT...Oct 20th, I called this location. I am moving to Tennessee. I called to start a virtual mailbox. I was excited that they provided it because I need my work/business things to be shipped there before I get there. I talked to Mica. She was very professional on the phone. You have high reviews, so I wanted to be serviced at this location. Mica told me what I needed to send via email. As soon as we were done, I sent both items she wanted on that day.I didn't hear anything back from anyone.Oct 26th, I called again and talked to Mica, and I told her that I had sent the email. Again, she was very professional over the phone. She found my email and explained that she would print out the documents I sent and get me over the paperwork so I can purchase this box. Great!!Today is Oct 28th, not one email.UPS can get busy for sure, and everyone wants to go home at the end of the day. I'm also counting down my days before I move and need to have my service provided timely as if im standing in front of you as well. I'm bringing awareness to whomever is over her to get this done. I do not doubt that she is a very sweet professional lady. This is not about her character (i dont know anything about that) nor is this attacking her either.But I can not move without this mailbox being taken care of, and I'm on a contractual time limit.

You need to train employees better. This was the ups store #6943 Nashville. I brought a tiny painting that was .33 pounds to be packed and shipped from TN to CA and I was quoted $37 just for shipping! I said that’s not right and calculated the shipping myself to be $20. Another employee rung me up for $14 shipping after I showed the lower price. How does an employee get the cost of shipping off by more than 150%??? I felt very taken advantage of.
