Came by here to return a bunch of Amazon packages and ran into a problem with finding the label for one of them, but both store associates went above and beyond and were so patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend coming to this location!

Brought in like five packages from an Amazon try before you buy and they made it easier than I was expecting to figure out which product got which code. All in all it only took a couple minutes and it was such a relief. Everyone was friendly and I'll gladly go back to this location in the future!

As usual when visiting other cities my wife and I often get gifts for the grandkids. I end up shipping out the packages through UPS which has become my go to place. Usually I walk in, give my phone number and everything is at the fingertips of staff, regardless of city. Here they have none of such info (seems a bigger shipping center). Thinking I would find the closest retail shop I asked for directions and staff said, Why? When I explained the lay of the land he came over to the computers and input info as I called it up from my contact list on my phone. Each package had a printed sheet and I proceeded to the front counter (more helpful staff) where a quick scan, confirmation of shipment address and payment got me out in no time. Different type shop but again very helpful. I know most retail is individually owned but guess this might be corporate. If so, C-suite take note and reward your great staff. Special shout out to Chris who just came out as I am writing this to give me my hotel card key that I left behind. She even called me first (as my message showed me the VM she left). Fantastic service and extra care. Keep up the great work.

Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but UPS customer center on Massman Dr has that and more! Chris at this UPS store went way above and beyond not only to make sure my items were packaged safely, but to also show that she cared and wanted all involved to have a pleasant experience! It was as if I were family, never one moment of inconvenience shown or felt. I had to say something, Chris thank you so much for being so kind and personable, you made my day!

Had a very bad experience at UPS over the Christmas holiday the wrong label was put on merchandise and I still have not received my refund because they pulled up the wrong label out of my phone still have not received my refund two thumbs down I did not appreciate that

The folks were polite and informative, and I didn't wait long to get taken care of, but there was no real resolution, which speaks more to the attempted and failed delivery (2nd one in a week!) of my package. The driver's notes stated that I 'refused delivery' (not accurate!), then claimed the package was 'undeliverable'. It was returned to the sender, and I had to arrange for re-delivery!

Locally VICKY should be removed from any job where she must be in contact with a customer she has 0 customer service skills and 0 integrity ……. UPS customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with from any major company, especially when the driver deliberately skips your stop. I stood at the door for two hours and during the time they say they “attempted” to deliver which was a blatant lie. After spending hours with customer service the rest of the day, between getting hung up on 4 times bc I wouldn’t take their scripted pathetic line for an answer and opening 5 cases back to back getting a call from a local manager at this location who also wouldn’t listen, answer my questions and then hung up on me as well. They take no responsibility for the irresponsibility of their drivers especially in the Nashville area, this is the 3rd time I’ve had this experience in 8 months with them living downtown. They are the worst human beings in the customer service dept. Do better UPS

The Veterans Hospital ships my medication "next day" out of this location and every time it is scheduled for a Friday delivery. I don't get my medication until late the following Monday or Tuesday. My wife has communicated with the "chat person" several times. They say they never know where the delivery van is and if it doesn't show up you should get it Monday unless Monday is a holiday. I'm a disabled veteran that served in combat and had to go to the ER back in April 2022 because I had no medication for several days.
