“I went to White Bison Coffee in 1101 Long Hollow Pike, Gallatin, and entered the drive thru, nobody was there, then I went inside and the lady was not wearing her earset to take drive thru orders so she was never aware that I was in the window waiting to make my order. She refused to serve me a coffee. When I asked for coffee, she pointed to another coffee station and said, " There is coffee too." Referring to the regular gas station self served coffees. She had no name Tag, so I couldn't identify her name. But she she had blond hair and a leg casket. Terrible service. The coffee ia good, the team members need training.”

“I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years. The employees have always been helpful and kind especially in actual pharmacy area. They are short staffed most of the time but I don’t mind because I’ve used other well known pharmacies that have extremely rude employees. I’d rather wait a little longer verses being treated rudely.”

“Huge shoutout to Kevin for ALL his help getting my prescription filled yesterday. I'm traveling and was having a lot of trouble coordinating my doctor's office, insurance company and pharmacy to submit and approve the (right) prescription. I was running out of both my medication and patience when Kevin stepped in. Within a couple of hours, my prescription was filled and ready for pick-up. I could not be more grateful for his kindness and assistance.”
“A Walgreens is a Walgreens wherever you go. Same aisles, same types of products, nothing to report on there. But I do like this location because the people are so nice! They try to engage in the super short time you are checking out, and it feels genuine. I've never walked out of here in a bad mood.”
