“My van started shaking & a warning light came on tonight at McDonalds up the road. I had 3 very excited Girl Scouts in the van ready to be at camp. We were all upset about the seeming change of plans. Then, Drew & Andrew at your store checked out my van, found the error code, told me what was probably wrong, put the parts in, and we were safely on our way!!!! No tow. No missed camp.I am so appreciative!!!! Thank you both for being so gracious & going above & beyond!!! We made it safely.”
“Latest experiences have been excellent. Double checked the oil type because the book didn't list my older vehicle. I had picked up the wrong filter and they exchanged it for me without incident. While I was there I witnessed Ross dealing with an upset customer during a busy time of day. I thought he was extremely professional when most probably wouldn't have been. I have had issues in the past but this is clearly a different crew with an amazing coach.”
