“Been coming to this location for years. They have a pretty good amount of inventory that is well sorted and organized. Staff is very helpful and there are usually several employees working so that the of amount of time waiting in queue is reasonable. I ended up purchasing 2 items today as the prices and the condition of the items were quite good. Will continue to shop here. The current manager is very professional and friendly. I'll continue to shop at this location.”

“All the employees here are great, and Raphael is awesome! I bought a pre-owned switch at this location that had a defective fan, causing the console to overheat and turn itself off. He enthusiastically helped me swap it out for a new switch AND walked me through transferring my save data over to the new system! (It's a bit of a process to swap saves to another switch) I've been coming to this location for the better part of 2 decades now and I'll be coming there for 2 more! ?”
“Trevor is an excellent store manager and made what would've been a multi-step issue to fix a breeze.So we went in for a phone replacement due to an accident that occurred during a vacation and Trevor was able to diagnose our issue and provide the best service imaginable to help us get a new phone and have it set up. Despite set backs and needing to work with multiple workarounds just to get the phone set up he was absolutely patient the entire way and made the time fly by. Honestly excellent customer service and will be returning for future assistance. 10/10 no notes.”
“I wanted my TVs mounted on the wall and an updated Sound System. Because my house is 20 years old, they had to deal with obstacles within the walls of my home. They did this with great care and were very careful to make sure that no pipes or other hazards were in the way. They spent a lot of time measuring and consulting with me on the placement of the TVs. They are very kind and considerate and are great to work with. The updated stereo system is terrific, and my house is party ready.”

“My Flex 6500 is by far the best of the many radios I have tried. It gets better every few months too. The betterment is what is so exceptional about Flex radios. I owned a K3 which was a great radio but soon the K3S came out and my K3 needed to be sent in for expensive improvements. With the Flex Signature series, the improvements are sent to me and I get a new and improved radio with every download. There is a team of dedicated engineers working to make my radio the best available. Remote operation is just amazing too. I honestly feel that I have the best of all worlds with Flex at my side.”

Whomever the District Manager is this location should be an example to all of your other store locations for going above and beyond with their Customer Service. From the moment you enter to the time you leave very pleasant, professional, and polite. This is not the closest location for me but I will take the time to travel to be treated as a human and customer. The manager Cornelius a hidden jewel and obvious a joy to and an example of the staff that works slong side of him! Daniela exceptional customer service! She went above and beyond to assist me as well as others during my time in this store. Both took the time to assist with my frustration turning it around into a relief and gaining a sale. I felt valued as a customer and not just another dollar to gain.Again, several stores in the Austin area could benefit and learn A LOT from this location. “During the summer, I ordered a printer + backup ink via curbside pickup. Four months later, the starter ink finally needed replacing and then realized I bought the wrong size ink cartridges. Target Cust Service tried to do the swap and it said printer ink was ineligible for store refund after so many months due to time passed. I wanted to kick myself but then she said Target allows a once a year in store credit up to $100 and that worked and solved my dilemma! Thankfully they had the ink I needed in stock. Super grateful for this Target policy that saved me in the midst of working on important documents at home. Thank you Target Customer Service Lady for finding a solution when I needed it most!”
