“My experience at recovery lab was amazing !I really wanted to try cryotherapy and they made this experience smooth. You can listen music and while you are doing your cryotherapy and times flies, I can assure you that you won’t feel cold at all if you focus in the music.They installation itself is clean and well distributed. The infrared sauna is a good experience and helps with stress and muscle inflammation. I will definitely come back again.thank you so much ✌?”

“Although appointments are booked out pretty far for almost any location; I was able to snag one at 7 AM to weeks out. I arrived at around 6:45 AM and was the first patient seen at 7. (there was a short line of 4 people when they opened the door.) I usually have a lot of anxiety with getting my blood drawn and more often than not, I passed out. At this location it was super quick, efficient and painless. I was back in my car ready to leave at 7:12! thanks ladies.”

“The wait times are typically quite short, and the staff is friendly (especially Patricia - she's an absolute saint of a woman who clearly embodies the concept of servant leadership with her team and her patients). Some of the other staff have struggled to find my veins (which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), resulting in 2-3 sticks before they hit the spot which isn't ideal.”

“Valeria is fabulous!! I am a very very hard stick and have been ill and not able to keep anything down including water.. I let her know this and she was Very caring and worked on finding a vein … she was able to do a 1 stick and got blood!! This is very rare even on a good day!! “Urdanka is the most amazing phlebotomist. As someone who has to have labs frequently, I'm still...and always will be...get nervous prior to draws. Urdanka knows me, calms me, and successfully gets vials with barely leaving a mark on my arm. I've had several horrible experiences before; multiple attempted jabs, bruise the size of an orange, etc. (including at an oncologist's office!). Using CPL is also very convenient. They don't take appointments, so just walk in. All of my physicians can send orders to one place, so its "one stop shopping" so-to-speak. The read return times are also record fast. And, CPL recently created a "patient" portal that provides easy access to your results without having to be contacted by your doctor. To address a few comments/complaints some others have made: Yes, there is usually only one person in the office. If that person is with a person they are not able to answer the phone. I advice employing a little patience. Someone will pick up. Simply call back. After using this location for almost five years, I have NEVER seen more than two other people waiting...never. I have never spent longer than 20 minutes from start to finish. Color me perplexed. As a [unfortunate] "regular," I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Amongst the negative experiences I had a more positive one which is what compelled me to write this review. I arrived early as was requested in my testing email (definitely don’t be late, they have a strict time schedule to follow so they won’t let you in). The parking lot is for a shopping plaza so parking near the right entrance proved to be a bit difficult. All of the people working were very kind and guided me and other test takers through the process. I was nervous due to the bad experiences but things went smoothly. One test taker was sent home due to their phone going off during the test so definitely just leave it in your car to not risk it. During the test, other workers would walk in and out of the room so that was definitely distracting.As far as the exam went the proctors did their best to observe everyone, 6 testers/ 1 proctor. Go in prepared and ready to take your test (set yourself up for success). While testing I realized some of my supplies were missing (for 3 sections!) but I went through the motions to still get points. When all was said and done they handed us our test results as we walked out the door and I am grateful to have passed.”

“This CPL location is the only one I will go to anymore! I’ve had some interesting experiences at other locations, which has unfortunately led to major anxiety (including shakes, lightheadedness, sweaty palms… you name it) when going in for routine lab work. The ladies at this CPL made me feel comfortable and welcome the second I walked in. Their kindness and patience put me at ease and, for the first time in 2 years, I did not get lightheaded at all while getting blood drawn. Victoria is an actual angel - she talked me through everything, accommodated my needs, and was so sweet and caring throughout the process. If you’re debating which CPL location to choose, I highly recommend choosing this one!”
