We were pretty tight on a wedding deadline for materials and I'd even done some of my file exports incorrectly for the precision-cutting we needed (wedding signage, etc), but they helped me fix everything onsite, and even had things ready a day earlier than expected. “I worked here for a few years and I had a great time. I've worked at many print shops and this was the best one by far. If you've worked in a print shop before then you know it can be hit or miss. The environment was relaxed and the people all had a great sense of humor. It's a smaller shop but that's a good thing. You're not in a huge warhouse like some other shops where you grind away on one meaningless task for 8 hours. There's a variety of things you'll do and everyone helps each other out. They don't do any marketing so the customers who come in have all been doing business with them for a long time. You do get the stray bad customer but overall not bad. Oh and the owner buys food for everyone on Friday's so that's a nice bonus.”

“Jenn's Copy and Binding is fantastic. They understand the needs of the local students and are so accommodating to help us reach our deadlines. While trying to print my architecture portfolio, the printers went down. They took every one in line's number and told us they'd reach out back out when everything was fixed. Five hours later (after they had closed for the day) they were able to get everything running and offered me the opportunity to pick it up that night. That goes SUCH a long way and I could not be more grateful for their customer service!!!”

“The only reason I'm giving the team at RocketBanners five stars is because the system won't let me do 10. Evan and Saul took on my project which was a challenge out of their usual wheelhouse--photo lamination on suitcases--and they didn't hesitate a microsecond in saying yes. AND they put up with my being very particular how I wanted the task to look. AND they accepted a tight deadline even while they had several of their bare-bones staff out sick (including Evan). AND they worked with me asking a million questions. AND they knocked it right out of the park, ahead of the deadline and for such an amazing price I got two done instead of one. Can you believe such excellent service and execution exists in this day and age, 'cause I sure didn't. If you want to get personalized luggage with a favorite photo or image on it, skip all those cheap Chinese-made sources and go professional, go local. I got two made for a little more than the price of one and if they ever need re-lamination, it's just the cost of the new image and its application, not an entirely new suitcase.
