“The manager Spencer, and diagnostic technician Randy are very friendly and knowledgeable, the mechanics and other staff were also great. Good, fair pricing, and great work. Super fast service, other local auto shops take a few days at least. Had nearly my entire suspension replaced same day. “This place is awesome!!! Literally felt like I went to families house while my car was being repaired. Unlike majority of repair shops the staff not only inform you of the issue with your vehicle but they educate you on the functions of the parts needing to be repaired or replaced. They answered every question I had the vibe of the entire facility was just warm and welcoming. Great movie selections while you wait. And the price! My stomach was turning while I was waiting on the estimate. And I couldn't believe how reasonable and affordable it was! I Literally asked "that's it?!" You guys are AMAZING and have definitely earned a repeat customers!!! Those of you reading this Go to Cortez Car Care! They are definitely worth it.”

“They just recently put a new motor in my husbands truck, they did an awesome job with all of the repairs & even fixed his back sliding glass that didn’t even work when we bought his truck. Stephanie was amazing and did a great job keeping us informed on updates. My husband now has even started bringing his company trucks here for all work! 10/10 recommend Snowden for auto work! “I have had some horrible experiences at this store in general and I didn’t expect today to be any different. But I needed my battery replaced and the Auto service guy AARON came to check me in he was so polite and made sure I was taken care of he saw I had a small child and tested my battery and recommended that I change it because it was low. After he finished he also told me not to use my spare tire because it was flat. I asked if he could air up my tire and without hesitation he aired it up. “Havoline Xpress Lube was a good experience! I tried to call ahead to make an appointment. The phone was answered immediately and the gentleman was very helpful. He did mention they do not take appointments and it is first come first serve. When we arrived there were already 9 cars there. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation, and I was on and out within the hour. Their team is efficient and helpful. An extra bonus: they give you a free car wash pass to the gas station next door!”
