“The manager at this location is the best manager you all have. Should promote him to run all firestones in the area. The current district manager is either short handed (which I was told by a Firestone employee at another location) or doesn’t care. However I appreciate the manager at this location, it’s rare to see people do their job and actually care.”
“We got a flat while on a quick trip being in a rental car and they got us in right away. We only waited about 20 mins and the repair cost $20Most places are closed on Sunday’s, so we got fortunate that they were open. Quick trip in and out and didn’t have to deal with get in contact with the rental car company”

“Vickie and Steven were so kind and caring, truly amazing customer service! I came in for a frequent issue with my O2 sensor and turned out to be my catalytic converter. Not gonna lie, I did get a little emotional thinking catalytic converters were the kiss of death for cars and especially since this was the first car I ever bought, but Vickie and Steven were so kind and patient and explained everything to me in a way I would understand (no confusing technical jargon!). I may have only been there for about 15 minutes, but will for sure be a returning customer thanks to these two and their kindness.”
“After repeatedly seeking help with my rim wheel on my Prius in Austin and Buda tire shops and stores where they'd rather sell me new tires, Victor's in New Braunfels was recommended. I just needed to get my wheel back into round! It should be a tire shop specialty! I narrowed it down to the wheel rim after alignment, new tires and tmps and keeping track of the tire that kept losing air. So I carefully drove to Victor's explained the history and minutes later I drove home. Thinking that this is a temporary remedy, I waited for that darned "low tire" light to turn on again but it hasn't! $30 well spent!”

“Unfortunately went to a chain store that sells and services tires, two times in three weeks regarding low air in a tire. 2nd time they said it was “repaired” after a 2 & 1/2 hour wait with an appointment . Nope went flat 2 days later. I Went to C&C today where the gentleman diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem correctly and I paid and was out the door in 35 minutes. Thank you for your knowledge, honesty and a fair price!”
“I have had issues with repair shops in the past and tire companies not honoring warranties on tires less then 60 days old. I resorted to my son who is a mechanic in the military to work on my vehicles when he is home on leave so the cars are maintained. When he is not I use Firestone, because of the courtesy checks provided and what I do believe are honest recommendations for repairs. Also you do stand behind your work, products you sell and honor your warranty; I will be replacing my next sets off tires with you (I have 6 cars at home). Thank you, you have a customer for life.”

“I woke up on a Sunday morning to a flat tire. After knowingly procrastinating, fate decided today was the day. Of course, most places are closed. I removed the front wheels from my car and brought them over to my new guy Martinez. Within half an hour we were paid up and squared away with two replacements. No more procrastination necessary. Problem solved. I love when solutions are easy and convenient and the guys at Martinez’ shop were exactly that.”

“I had an appointment set for 11:30 but I wasn’t sure if it would be done in time for my trip to a baby shower so I showed up at 8:30, the technician said “no worries, we’ll have you done in about 45 minutes” and he was not kidding. Got home and sure enough 45 minutes later I get the notification that my car is ready. Absolutely amazing service, had me back home before my original appointment time.”

I was so happy to find an auto shop that was not taking advantage of people and charging $25 and up for inspections, as is the official inspection station in universal City.
