“Have been coming her for years now. Don't like it nearly as much as I used to before they moved from the center of the store. Never had a problem with the pharmacy itself. It's just a hassle going inside since there isn't a drive thru.”
“I have been getting medicine at this Walmart since I moved to the HEB area in 2016. They are all very kind, friendly, and help in anyway they can. They start working on filling your medications as soon they are called in or if you take your prescription up to the pharmacy, they ask if you are going to wait or just drop it off. If you say you’re waiting they usually tell you 15-20 minutes, but it doesn’t take that long most of the time. If you’re dropping it off, they ask how long before you pick it up and they have it ready before you get back to the pharmacy if you’re gone more than 30 minutes or longer. I recommend going there if you like to be treated the way you treat people. They are the fastest at filling meds in this area.”

“This is the best CVS pharmacy I've been to. They are promo friendly and d follow up. I asked them to make sure and call my doctor about a refill and they did it and followed up with me confirming. Love their communication and helpfulness.”
“Contrary to some others, I've always had a positive experience at this Tom Thumb. Pharmacy has a drive thru pick up which is nice when I don't have other shopping to do. My sister works at their corporate offices in CA and she encouraged me for years to shop with them, but the Safeway by my old house in Portland just wasn't great. We like the layout and selection and now they also offer the ready cooked meals for a quick weeknight option when I don't feel like cooking a ton. There seems to have been some turnover in staffing recently with a lot of younger new hires, but still see many of the regulars. In this day and age a little kindness goes a long way and I try to be friendly and thank cashiers and baggers by name, I feel like grocery workers are kind of like airline workers - not sure they deserve the brunt of our general irritation and we all know the labor market is super tight these days. Thank you for making a chore not too challenging - we appreciate you!”

“Let me be clear The Best Weekend Staff Ever Margaret and Jerry helping me. And I am a senior Y'all at the photo kiosk! Totally kind, considerate, patient, caring, encouraging, helpful; consistently across several weekend visits to make copies of some older family photos to put in traditional Christmas cards and snail mail to older family members because ...I had posted them to Facebook so my family asked me to print and mail them copies! Three visits and they stood strong with me! Unbelievable but continually asking me if I needed more help and in the most professional manner and dedicated to customer service from weekend staff! Where do you get that ever! Walgreens at the busiest time of year! 780 W. Bedford Rd. Hurst, TX 76053. BOGO 1/2 off sale and clearance on some Christmas Ornaments. You could literally walk in, after dark, on Christmas Eve and start your smart Christmas shopping early! And I promise the variety, prices, and selection; of this location, would not disappoint! “I occasionally run into the issue of my prescriptions not being ready when the system notifies me, but other than that I've been coming here for years now with no significant issues. I've not had many interactions with employees outside of the pharmacy, but they've helped me find what I'm looking for or answered questions about coupons when I've asked.”

“Picking up meds was easy and quick. People there were polite and the whole process was much less of a hassle. It's a beautiful place as well.Sending prescriptions to CVS or Walgreens took much more time and cost more (even with insurance) I think this will be my pharmacy of choice for the foreseeable future.”
