“I can’t express enough how appreciative I am of this team! As a co-op member from out of state in a need of an emergency withdrawal, the team was so gracious. I walked in already familiar with the co-op process, but never being to this credit union before I was unsure of their particular limitations. Fatima Faisal was very patient with me and her manager was just as kind. After completing part of my transaction inside and the remainder at the atm, I was able to breathe a little better and their service didn’t end there. They smiled, they reassured me, and made sure that I was able to leave with what I needed. Thank you so so much Fatima, truly you have been a great help! “I just moved in the neighborhood, so was visiting this Members Choice Credit Union - Seven Meadows branch last week, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. The atmosphere was professional, yet there was an underlying tone of approachability.I had a few complex transactions to make and questions about some bank products over two visits I made. The two bankers who assisted me, Sheena & Ileana, where patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's rare to see such dedication to customer service in today's fast-paced banking world.They printed out clear instructions for me and for the dealership to process my car purchase. I was able to email the paper work to the bankers that saved me extra trip to the bank that made things even faster.Additionally, the waiting area was clean, and even during a busy hour, the queue moved reasonably quickly. There was also plenty of parking spots in front, making the whole experience quick and easy.While many might consider banking to be a mundane chore, the staff at this branch made it a pleasant experience. It's reassuring to know that there are still places where customer service is a priority. I'll definitely be doing more of my banking here and would recommend this branch to anyone in the area.”

“What an amazing bank. I had walked into a larger financial institution and they told me they could see me in 3 to 5 days. I drove over to independent financial because my wife had told me she really enjoyed the service she had gotten when she had stopped by to look at opening account.First, I was greeted at the door. Jackson introduced himself to me and we sat down and opened an account. From start to finish they have taken great care of me.
