“The Sunflower Bank employees are extremely polite and helpful! I'm an old man who requires a little more assistance, and they are more than willing to assist in any way they can. They undoubtedly have a long-term consumer for the future.”

He's so sweet, kind, and understanding he really explains everything perfectly; and Katie, the branch manager is awesome too! I love this bank they make everything so easy and I couldn't have asked for a better team! 5 stars!”

“I live in South Florida, but I stay with Kerr County CU. I owned my own business for 23 years. Customer service is exceedingly important to me. In truth, I demand it. Customer service in our country has depleted to that of a third world country.Kerr County CU has gone out of their way to take care of me, and I am truly grateful.”

“This is a newspaper office. Kerrville TX's main newspaper. There are two other papers in Kerrville. You would go here to start a subscription for home or mail delivery, place a personal or business ad, submit a news story or public event, apply for a job, or as a salesperson, sell them something. The employees are friendly and if they don't know, will find you someone who can help you.”

“I beg to differ with Valeria. I do not have my personal account with Security State but do the banking for my condo. Every time I go in to the bank to do any business, I am greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. When I have needed assistance with anything, there has always been someone ready and willing to help me and answer any questions. I can't imagine how she could have such a negative experience. Are we talking about the same bank?”

“Very Friendly and Fast service. This may be a big company, but the people there give it that small town friendly vibe. That is the #1 reason I stay with Wells Fargo - the people at my local branch are awesome!”

“Very nice staff and easy online banking. The security on my account is a little weird sometimes but thats just new problems in this tech age. If you have problems just call and they are fast and helpful.”

“It is easy to see why Bank of the Hills wins the award each year as "most favorite bank". The customer service is great, the staff is knowledgeable, and the bank itself is like walking into a TX museum. In addition, they are very community oriented and offer up several events each year to the public - at Christmastime they presented a different choral group each day singing holiday music and distributed homemade cookies and punch. Over Memorial Day, they are saluting veterans and offering up all-American picnic fare and fireworks. They may be small compared to big-city banks, but they're all heart.”
