“I've been a customer here for a couple years. Best recommendation is to avoid this place during 11-1. They stagger their lunches and the line builds up. Any other time, you are good to go! Some days no line, others, there is. A lot of times there is someone to direct you toward a certain lane. They’re honest and dedicated to helping their customers as best as possible. I always get coupons in the mail that help me stay on top of my oil changes which is amazing and incredibly helpful. “Ended up with a flat (and no spare) driving through Kerrville. It was a Sunday so pretty much all options were closed besides Walmart. Originally they thought they’d be able to repair it but couldn’t. Being a European car, they didn’t have a replacement. I was 2 hours from home with 2 dogs and not a lot of options. As a bonus the tire wasn’t in stock at the discount tire in town for me to stay the night and have it repaired the next day. David worked really hard to find a solution for my tire including airing it up so I could get to a hotel (it wouldn’t hold air) and a few other remedies but it was done. He was able to make a recommendation that saved me from having to have family drive 2.5 hours to get us and saved me from having to tow the car to the nearest Mercedes dealership. 10/10 recommend visiting this location and asking for David.”
