“I just opened an account with First United Bank, lovely people, willing to help you out even with your Social Security issues, I was with Chase Bank for five decades, I’m in my 70s always an issue hard to get any personal care. At First United Bank I met with Mandy about two weeks ago looking into opening up an account with them, she answered all the questions very professional and more important very caring, you don’t find that today in business. All the best to her and the entire staff at First United Bank. I wish I would’ve moved to their bank sooner. Lovely building plenty of parking easy access to Route 620, and yes five star service.”

“This definitely has changed quite a bitand I'm very glad to post a positive review. Things and management has definitely changed this place for the better good I don't have to wait in line it is very easy quick and fast to get my deposits in and I'm very happy about that. One thing that I like is plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about parking in this area. They do have drive through tellers where you'll be able to deposit your money or take money out of your account. The manager was very nice and also the tellers were very kind today even gave I highly recommend this location since they have changed quite a biti'm very pleased to post this for everyone to see. They also have notary so if you want to something notarized you're welcome to do so premium premiere customers get it free. FYI so that everyone knows what services they also have.”

Their kindness and excellence flow through every interaction. Their commitment to going above and beyond lets you know and feel you've received not only great service but genuine care.”

“Very quiet here.. The only branch I've visited with authentic art displayed/for sale. The coffee was fresh. Urn was literally dripping into the pot. It did take awhile for my deposit/withdrawal/check cashing.. But as you can imagine, taking money is easy while dispersing requires certain verification barriers to be delt with. Times like these when I wish an incorruptible chip was implanted hypodermically for expeditions processing. I guess my photo ID and "Pretti's" (unsure of spelling, not wearing badge) proficient teller tasks and subsequent manager verification/approval will suffice for now.”

“Sometimes a mixed bag at this location with service. The past few years I felt they are understaffed as they usually only have one teller. I don't usually need to go inside so it's not an ongoing issue.I had a few questions about more in depth financial information and Nicole was able to help me with all of my questions and offered great advice I was unaware of. I'm glad she is there as she is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the banks products.”

“I checked in here. It's a bank. They take my money. I take it back. I give them some more. I take it back. Am I an Indian Giver? We may never know all of the answers.....”

“Couldn’t ask for better customer service at this location. Vlad, private client banker, is great to work with and knows his stuff. Of all the Chase branches I’ve been to, this one is by far my favorite.”
