She provided patience and flexibility as we worked for over an hour on the help line to an overseas worker. Although the phone didn’t get unlocked, Janet made every attempt to help on her end. “Man... I don’t have words.. Chris, was the most kind hearted sales rep we’ve ever made contact with. My sisters husband had just left her minutes before she walked into cricket. She had $100 to her name which was borrowed from a friend. He locked her out, took off with her belongings such as her phone and keys. She needed a phone and a place to stay that night. Unfortunately the hotel being $47 and the phone being $80, Chris blessed my sister by helping her with the remaining. He went out of his way to help out someone from the community.
