This was the weirdest cricket I have ever been too. The guy who helped my son and I would not stop talking under his breath. I don't know if homie has some issues but it made me very uncomfortable knowing I have my 5 year old with me. Look, we've all worked at places we hate but you could feel the animosity walking through the door. A group of men came in behind us and the woman there didn't come up to help at all. I'll take my butt a half hour out before I go to this location again.

I bought a Hotspot at cricker then I'm going to turn off my monthly hotspot and it turns out that the manager puts the hotspot on. I pay for my month at the hotspot that she told me was useless. Now I don't have internet and I go to the store and they say they don't know what to do and they don't want to give my money for the month. Put in staff who really know how to do their job.

The manager Carla was very aggressive and did not want to help us at all. She put the line in my name and my friend's name a month ago And now she was extremely aggressive Just for her I'm going to switch to t-mobile or any other company, plus the phone that's supposed to be free charged me $180.

Manager was extremely rude at the Marble Falls location. I was trying to be a new customer but I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend whoever reads this does the same....worst customer service I've ever come across!!!

I would not have given this place even one star if the system would allow it. They are always rude. Unprofessional. Have limited to know product knowledge. And like today, they did not have what I came in for. I have a new Motorola but this store doesn't have the simplest accessories like for example, a new case. The stand on my new phone case broke. I actually don't come into this store any more. I will drive out of my way to Burnet TX just to avoid this store. I have been a Cricket customer for 3-4 years. And frankly this store sucks. Don't come here. Go anywhere else.
