These guys are great! I came in literally upset but Tyler took full control and now I can talk and HEAR yes HEAR WHOS CALLING ME! Kayla also knows T-Mobile customer service and how to solve a problem like a real pro!!! THANKS GUYS

Kayla always helps us out with any issues and does it with a smile. She acts as an advocate with customer support to help resolve everything very quickly.

Best customer service ever! Amanda took the extra time to assist us with new service on a Saturday evening and stayed late for us. The additional team members Joe, Kayla and Joey jumped in to help out so we could finish up. The entire team was very pleasant, and helpful in every way. Highly recommend T-mobile. Merry Christmas from our family.

Had a great experience switching from ATT. Joe and Shelley were very helpful. Joey hooked us up with a great deal and Kayla answered our questions to get us off on the right foot. Great team who care about their customers and offering their customers the best deals. Very impressed with the holiday specials!!!

Friendly service, they help with hubby's new phone and helped my son get a new phone.Although there was a couple of hiccups, they worked through it all and even removed a few installed apps we don't like or use! ?????

Wow!! My local tmobile store was *0 help and Marble Falls was the exact opposite. Kayla and Amanda are awesome, helpful and great at the problem solving. I'm nolonger paying for issues but actually getting to use my service and device. "Amanda & Kayla" THANK YOU LADYS!!!

Went in to change from Verizon Wireless and try a new company, but the manager was rude as well as the staff. The Marble Falls store acted as if they couldn't care or less about customer service. Did not represent T-mobil well..will stay with Verizon Wireless.

Had a great experience getting my phone upgraded. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best experience so far anywhere trying to upgrade and the process afterwards.
