“I've been with Resource One since my mom opened my first savings account in the 1980's. I have never had a single issue with this credit union in all these years. The staff is amazing, and super friendly! I've known Lisa (the branch manager) most of my life. She's the one who got me set up with my very first loan at the age of 16. Not only did she get to watch me grow up, but she held each one of my babies after they were born and has been able to watch them grow up as well. Each of them banks here, too. “I moved to Mesquite Texas in December 2021 and opened a new account at Wells Fargo bank at that time. However, my main banking was done with Capital One.Not pleased with the service from Capitol One I moved approximately $18,000 into a savings account with Wells Fargo.Yesterday I went to your Town East location and was warmly greeted by Jessica who assisted me with a direct deposit form. It was my decision to move my direct deposit from Capital One to Wells Fargo. Jessica has often served me and has always been very pleasant. She has a great sense of humor, always smiles, and makes me feel like I’ve been a customer for 20 years. “I'm from Denton, TX. Me and my sister spent a few days in Seagulls with our older sister and her son. My nephew took me and my sister to this bank to cash a check that I had. When I went in, I was called immediately to get this done. The young lady, (I forgot her name) was really friendly and helpful. I got the check cashed, and BOOM!! Everything was great and taken care of!”
