“I tried to go to the Rowlett location they were not doing oil changes I called the Mesquite off of 80 to see if they were doing oil changes they were I went over to have it done there was two cars in front of me but I was still in and out within the hour I'll be going back to the Mesquite location when it's time for my next oil change”

“Jim was a wonderful interface between the Ford family and me. It took over a month to find the source of my actual truck's failure. I received frequent updates and I believe Jim was as happy as I to get 2 the bottom of the issue.When there's a serious issue, go to the experts. I wasted $$$ I didn't have @ a mom 'n' pop garage.
