I finally found someone who will do a razor cut on my hair. Cassy is amazing and fast. She really has the best cut down pat for my type of hair. Experienced and friendly. I will keep coming back!

Stopped in for our first time because we were out and and about, and our boys needed haircuts. They both wanted something different, and they both got what they wanted! They each had a different hairstylist, and they did so good! We will definitely be back! The wait wasnt bad at all and we git lucky there was a $8.99 all haircuts special going on this weekend. Thank you ladies!

Two things. The stylists are fantastic and so patient with my son. His hair always looks great!Second, I had a medical episode there and they were so helpful in making sure I was ok and taken care of until family could arrive to take us home. They were so patient and kind especially during a vulnerable time. I know it’s not hair related but important to be praised.

Came to get haircut for my father. He really doesn't like "extra" in haircuts. He really loved the simplicity and kindness of staff. They even allowed his granddaughter to get a "haircut " free of charge while his was being done. Really great place highly recommend.

I showed up, checked in, and waited patiently for my turn. Unfortunately I never got my haircut. A young man walked in and wanted a “quick trim” as the person ahead of me was finishing up and paying, The employee ushered the young man on ahead of me, so I left.

I only leave reviews if an experience was THAT good or THAT bad.I frequent the great clips by my house for a quick wash. I always tip above the total shampoo amount.Today, I checked in online as I normally do. I received the “you’re yo in 15 minutes; there still could be a wait“ text as I opt in for text updates.When I walked in, there were 2 men, 1 woman sitting in the waiting area and one woman cutting a gentleman’s hair.After not being acknowledged as usual, I asked another guest if the one employee was the only one working. They said yes. I empathized, however the guest assured me her husband was currently getting the cut and there were only the 2 others.I explained I wasn’t worried, as I followed the online checkin process far earlier but did not see my name on the displayed list.The gentleman said the employee just erased a name off the list and went back to cutting the man’s hair a few moments before I walked in. Mind you I was there before my assigned time (that I was watching on the site) came up. He asked for my name and confirmed it was erased but he doesn’t know their system.Employee finished cutting the hair and called the next person without acknowledging me. I spoke up that I had checked in, received the confirmation and text confirmation. She said she hasn’t seen any other names and all she knows. I stated again the process I always follow and she said I can ask the guest that there were no other names and it’s my problem. The man kept his head down obviously uncomfortable. Your employee should never treat anyone this way, delete names, lie, deny it and put another guest in the position to lie or defend someone they don’t know. Not to mention making the 3rd remaining guest extremely uncomfortable.She kept saying there was no way for employees to even take a name off the list (which I know is a lie since I come here all the time) I have never seen this individual working when I’ve come.I was lied to, told I must have a problem since I didn’t know how to online check in and that I was lying because my name was never on the list. :/ it was and another guest volunteer led that information.I have never been treated this poorly, was humiliated in front of other customers and left without a service that I followed your protocol for.There was only one woman working and I’d like to know how this will be remedied. I travel 3 weeks each month for my job and have a strict schedule so when I schedule something, it is important to follow through with the timeline. Now I have to rearrange my schedule IF I even can before I leave again.Please reach out with any questions. You can look up my registration if necessary.
