“It was Friday and my new (to me) RV Trailer was delivered with a Center Line TS weight distribution anti sway hitch. I called EVERYONE in Alvin, Manville, Pearland - nobody could fit me in or were willing to do the job if they didn't sell the hitch. Called Discount Hitch and spoke with Louis. "No Problems bring it in." Not only did they do the job, and did it quick; their customer service was great! Helped me backing my 30' trailer into and out of traffic. Micheal was working the desk and got my bill paid and on my way. He treated me like an old friend. He even gave me directions when my google Maps got me lost! Thank you Discount Hitch - Pasedena!”

“Took my f-150 to get some fog lights and tailgate bar installed, he did a perfect job and im a timely manner! Definitely recommend! They do many other different services as well besides intalling/selling lights and what not. One of the connectors off my fog lights corroded causing the dlr not to light up anymore (not their fault but rather cheap amazon parts that i bought by choice) even though he didn’t have to, he still fixed it for me for free and now both work again ?? well be back for sure.”

I pulled over and had to find a auto glass replacement shop and as I heard the glass cracking more I was near Willard and even though they don’t replace auto glass they help vacuum it all out and helped me. “while driving in the San Fernando Valley, our truck was involved in an accident. it was not drivable and without know where to take the truck we had a tow company take it to their facility. dealing with insurance took a few days and by the time the truck was ready to go to a shop, the fees were incredibly high. I was 500 miles away and they wanted cash to release the vehicle. Alex at Brothers was such a help. he had his own tow truck pick it up and he paid the fees. he gave an estimate but before he could do the work, the insurance called it a total loss. although I didn't have Brothers do the collision repair because the insurance wanted it totaled, I would recommend the shop due to the ease with which was able to deal and communicate with Alex and his total professionalism.”

“I came to this establishment in tears cause my trucks belt broke while picking up my husband from work across the road (An hour away from home) we thought just to get it towed home but they had the technician Ben and the parts to get us back on the road in 2 hours. Great customer service, communication was above and beyond...the price quoted was higher than the price they actually charged me ?? and also cheaper than if I got it towed. I appreciate these guys so much...I'm a big baby and cry about everything but I left there in smiles...they have a new returning customer”

“My new go to place for radiators now. Was having trouble finding 1 for my 14 durango rt. Autozone,orielly,advance, napa were trying to sell me the wrong 1 insisting it was the correct 1 according to the part number. Finally got referred to here from a buddy who works for parts department at a dealership n he said call them they'll have what u need. Called spoke to Ian it was a Saturday n they were about to close n I was 15 min away. He said come on I got you. Very much appreciated. Picked up went home n installed, my durango running like a champ now. Any1 needing a radiator I highly recommend this establishment. Even has lifetime warranty.”

I have been asking stupid questions forever and Henery never made me feel like it was dumb. Always has an answer and if he doesn't he will get one.
