If I could give zero stars I would, I went in with a tile saw that I used 3 or 4 times.. Easy pawn's website says the cleaner your tool is you will get more money. I cleaned all the tall dust off of it, I spend about an hour and a half cleaning it. I went in and the lady said it looks too new and she needs a receipt!! Said if the cops came in and it was stolen they would get in trouble, Although it would be under my ID so I would get in trouble if it was stolen. I told the manager I used it a few times and she called me a liar to my face and said she's been doing it for years and knows a brand new tool when she sees it. I will never go there again they're so rude and disrespectful.. I went right down the street to the pawn shop a little further down and they were more than happy to give me $200 for it... The guy said he could tell it was used immediately when I brought it in... Come on management, get your crew together I've had about 50 bad experiences there...

Liz is very awesome, as well as all her coworkers. I’ve been coming here for years and there has never been a time that they haven’t been super nice and very helpful!! I would recommend coming here for all your pawn shop needs!! They have it all!! Nice clean store and it always smells so good in here!!

I went in a couple of days ago, and I have NEVER been so put off by their lack of warmth and friendliness. The atmosphere overall was uninviting. I don’t plan on doing business there EVER again. Period.

i called the rayford location to see if they have any lawn mowers for sale since they are close to my work. i called at 530pm when their website live tracking said "less busy than usual", a woman answered and simply said hello, hold on and put me on hold. after 24 minutes, i hung up and called back, the woman who answered this time was rude and acted like i was a inconvience by calling her and told me that if i wanted information on lawn mowers i would have to come by, she did not have time to deal with this on the phone. why would i even attempt to go there if you cant even show me respect on the phone? these people are rude, do not care about the customer and need to learn , without the customer there is no need for ezpawn or its employees. i was ready to spend a good chunk on a lawn mower, but not from them.

I have never felt so Insulted after leaving a store, or had been treated as poorly as the girl "t" that waited on me. As soon as it was my turn, she goes and takes a bathroom break which she took about t minutes to return. She then tells me she can do only 20 dollars for my tiffany & co bracelet. And then she looks at the battery charger and doesn't even consider how much it really was bc of the type and make it was. And then she puts all her attention on the customer being waited on right next to me and goes on and on to him about he do t need to mention Malcolm's name and that he's making the newmanager look bad and like he does favors for certain people bc Malcom had told him to come on In. She scolded him for about 10 minutes and then goes back to me and says she will only do 15 for my charger bc she can only do 30 percent of what it's worth even though it was A 400 charger. I respectfully told her how much i paid for it so she looked at the model again bc she clearly didn't care to look at it In the beginning. And then says she can do 30 for it. After I sign,as she goes to get my money, she then scolds the same customer next to me about malcolm and how he let's people get one over on him bc he accepts trash and does certain people favors. As she went on and on about this very loudly, the store at that point had a pretty big line and everyone heard her talking so badly about malcolm..she had the register wide open. So I respectfully asked her if she could please finish this up with me. Which made her immediate start yelling at me in front of everyone as she went to the back to get the mod. I ended up taking my stuff and leaving bc of how bad she treated me when I am already having abad enough time where I even needed to pawn something. Its like being kicked while you are down. This makes me sick. No one should treat anyone like the way T treated me

This place is a joke. I pawned my 10k gold chain, picked it up and paid in full. Took it back a week later to pawn it again and now they’re saying that they had to run tests 4 times and they’re not sure if it’s real? Now I’m questioning if they’re doing shady stuff and didn’t give me back my real chain if that’s the case. What a joke, get more competent gold testers, it shouldn’t take 4 times to test gold and know it’s real or fake!

Please be advised: this store no longer honors a 24 hour return/refund policy, unlike in the past. I’ve been an EZPawn customer for about 10 years across numerous locations and have never had any issue returning a product within 24 hours for a full refund to my card.However, it is now their policy to ONLY offer store credit, even within the first 24 hours. This is NOT what I was told pre-purchase by the sales associate; in fact, I made sure to get multiple explicit confirmations from her before purchase that full cash refunds were offered within the first 24 hours. I never would have purchased a product I couldn’t test in-store without that guarantee.I am still giving 2 stars because the manager made a policy exception and gave the refund. However, I did not appreciate the aggressive and adversarial attitude towards my situation from another associate in the store — there are many ways to politely enforce a policy without being dismissive and rude to longtime customers.I recommend that if you shop here, you only purchase items you personally are able to fully test in the store at the time of purchase. Do not assume items have been tested by staff as they could have been damaged or returned since they were originally bought in. These restrictions are very inconvenient but otherwise you could be left with a dead or intermittently working item with absolutely no way to get your money back.Lastly, I hope the store revisits this topic in training for their employees. It is not acceptable for employees to misrepresent a store’s return policy before a purchase, even if by accident. Since the return policy is only provided to the customer AFTER the purchase is completed, it is critically important that store employees clearly and correctly communicate the policy to customers. In my case, this did not happen.

I have done business in this location for a bit over 6 years bought many jewelry from ez pawn at least I have spend over 15k never had an issue till today I came to get a loan from a cuban link chain I bought from ez pawn difrent location but I have ask for a loan with this chain at least 4 times in this location well I go today and I get the worst service from 2 supervisors telling me the chain is fake I try to explain that I bought it from another branch and I have come to this store many times bc I live next door well their attitude wasn't the best I call the store where I bought it from wich is ezpawn in telephone rd and they told me that it was fine to bring it to them to fix this issue well before I drove all the way over there I came to another ez pawn on 1960 wich they treat me with respect bc they did found my account they did all the test on the chain and guess what is not fake like they told me at rayford location it was just a bit dirty bc i work in construction so is real gold so I walked out happy with my loan on my way back home I stop here at this rsyford location again where I always come i showed her the receipt and she still continue telling me is fake and lough so I walked away and I just told her hey I'm just here to clarify bc I Ben here many time so I walked away but this place is under new management I belive bc I never seen her before and I do not recommend this place to nobody just imagine buying a 4thousand gold chain from an ezpawn and then goin to them to tell you is fake well my point is that I'll never ever will come to this store again and not recommend to no one I'm willing to talk to any bigger supervisor or owner from this location and bring back the chain ones I pay the loan next week if they want to solved this review and I can updated you guys about it bc again this is the only issue I have in over 6 years coming here

This place use to be a good place to go to buy firearms…now ..not so much…they lost a customer in me due to the management….and weird attitudes that pop up randomly…it’s just an uncomfortable place to shop at now…

I visited this EZPawn on Rayford and the associates were nice and greeted me upon entering. Ms Theresa was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the items I inquired about. I will definitely be returning as the service is always good.

The manager Hispanic lady with glasses is rude and very prejudice I will be calling corporate on her as well. Do not go here go to the one on 45 & airline they have better customer service
