“They always have my meds ready to go the same day and April very professional and organized and helps out in any way possible as needed. I recommend to all my friends who need a pharmacy that discount is the place to go. If she doesn't have meds in stock they will be in the next day usually.”

“This pharmacist is the best! Jennifer is quick to fill as I wait because she knows I drive there specifically to use her store. I pass multiple other CVS stores, however, I prefer to drive further for the great customer service! She’s fast, informative and saves me money every single time. Jennifer is very calm, even when there’s hustle and bustle. She’s great with the customers, answering questions and making the them at ease to discuss their meds, potential complications, etc. I can’t say enough positive things, as I’ve watched her deal with customers over the last year. I know it isn’t much, but I want her location to receive the sales credit from my transactions, as Jennifer is a hard worker and dedicated. I have to add that the other staff that I’ve dealt with have been fantastic! This pharmacist fosters a kind demeanor and the staff is a reflection of it.”

“I just had to write this review to say this is the best krogers I've ever been to! The customer service was beyond great and honestly Jane was the one who made me want to write this! She was the sweetest girl I've ever met! She greeted every single person and made conversation with everyone. Everyone responded so kind to her too! She got compliments such as being delightful even! She has the most beautiful soul I swear! She needs a promotion! Thank you Jane! Also another thing that caught my attention was that this krogers hired multiple people with disabilities! That's amazing! And everyone helped them so kindly when they needed it! That's so special and just all around amazing to see!”

“I had to come on here and give an OUTSTANDING compliment to the baker who created my cake I had ordered. The cake was absolutely STUNNING!!!!!! I had such a busy day and couldn't make it into the store to order it, so I had to order over the phone. I was scared of how it was going to turn out, but hoped for the best. You nailed it with the turquoise, hot pinks, neon orange and lime green. All the extra details you added to it was "icing on the cake" -no pun intended! :) The photo doesn't do it justice at all compared to real life. My mom loved it and said it was the prettiest cake she's ever had! Again, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH to the talented baker!”

Vanessa kindly explained the policy and when her manager got involved, he was quick to provide a solution and was able to honor the design I wanted after a few more steps and authorization to release the design I wanted! Thank you!”
“Favorite pharmacy bar none. I’ve used a few different pharmacies over the years and Walmart pharmacies are by far my favorite. They are fast, do text message alerts, and even caught a prescription mistake in the past (just one, thankfully). I’ve been using this pharmacy in Spring for two years now and I’ve recommended it to my family and friends.”

“I love this Kroger's, they carry the best of everything! This is our regular grocery store. We are foodies and can tell you specialty items and hard to find items are found here. The only two reasons, I did not give this store five stars is: 1.) not enough cashiers to the line ratios. 2.) their Dr. Peppers are kept in a 'fridge next to floral that isn't even turned on to cool, deceptive. Other than that, it's great!”

“Great Senior Employees, they do rotate trainees in and out sometimes and it's sometimes frustrating, but when you think about their hours that they required to work and the amount of customers they attend to, they manage to still do a great job. They are just as important as doctors and keep similar schedules, but people don't realize that our give them the same credit when credit is due. They maintain professionalism and patience "what some would call 'bed-side manners' beyond some doctors that I gave gone and no longer go to. I honestly don't know any other pharmacy that has this kind of service anymore besides this one. They also advocated for me to get a better price for my prescriptions, where it's worth the 45 minute drive one way.You definitely won't experience being just another number at this pharmacy.
