“While my overall experience with the store has probably been a solid 3.5 over the years, the service I get from Ray every time I talk to him is outstanding.Several days ago I was in looking for some very specific pieces of rebar, and while they didn't have him Ray gave me several suggestions that I might be able to use. Today I bumped into him in the grocery store and he approached me to make sure I had found what I needed for my project. This guy talks to dozens if not hundreds of people a week, and he still remembered what it was that I (a random retail customer, not a business customer) was looking for. These days that level of customer service is incredibly rare and appreciated!”
